Xbox wants to hook anyone who might be perusing new consoles as gifts for kids and loved ones this Christmas, and when a parent not particularly in the know sees an Xbox for $400 and aPlayStationfor $500, odds are they’re going to pick the Xbox.

Launched in 2020 in conjunction with the Xbox Series S digital-only console, the Series X is the disc version of Microsoft’s premier gaming platform.
