Destiny 2’sSeason of the Wish has added a new seasonal title for players to chase. The Wishbearer title is one of the easier titles to earn in Destiny 2, encouraging players to complete runs of Riven’s Lair, The Coil, and a more difficult variant of the Starcrossed Exotic mission.
Excluding the Legend Starcrossed clear, the Wishbearer title is a casual-friendly title that most players can earn. This title is obtainable until The Final Shape releases, so you have plenty of time to complete all ten required Triumphs. With these tips, you’ll be able to earn this title in just a few days.
The Parting Glass
The Parting Glass:Complete the quest “Wishing All the Best.”
“Wishing All the Best” is the seasonal questline for Season of the Wish.This quest should automatically start when you launch Destiny 2.If it doesn’t, you can queue up the first mission from the H.E.L.M. Complete all the listed steps to finish this Triumph.
It’s worth noting that one of the quest steps will require you toclear the Starcrossed Exotic mission. We recommend playing this mission with a group if you’re a new or returning player, as its combat difficulty is closer to a dungeon than a traditional seasonal activity.
Bonus Action
Bonus Action:Complete and acquire all Seasonal bonuses.
Seasonal bonuses refer to the vendor upgrades of past seasons.From the Seasonal Challenges menu, head to the second tab labeled “Seasonal Bonuses” and select “Season of the Wish.“There are nine challenges in total for this season, most of which ask you to complete Riven’s Lair or Coil runs. O Guardian Mine
O Guardian Mine:Reset your rank with the Spirit of Riven.
The Spirit of Riven is the seasonal vendor for Season 23, awarding you with Wish-themed weapons and cosmetics for completing seasonal content.This Triumph requires you to reach Rank 16 with Riven and reset your rank with them.Spirit of Riven reputation can be earned from the following sources:
Experienced players should farm The Coil to earn Masterwork materials as they complete this Triumph. Less experienced players can farm Blind Well, Dreaming City patrol chests, or Riven’s Lair to get this done quickly.
Lair Crawler
Lair Crawler:Complete pathways in Riven’s Lair. Completing pathways in The Coil grants increased progress.
Lair Crawler requires you tocomplete 50 pathways in seasonal activities.A pathway refers to a successful boss kill in either Riven’s Lair or The Coil. Riven’s Lair features one pathway per clear, while The Coil houses a total of four.Coil clears grant additional progress, so we recommend attempting this Triumph in The Coil if possible.
The Coil is a much more difficult variant of Riven’s Lair that includes roguelike buffs, predetermined tilesets, and more difficult modifiers. Be sure to bring a good loadout or fireteam with you before starting a run. You can leave a Coil run at any time and still retain progress, but we suggest completing all four pathways per run to make as much progress as possible.
Riven’s Relics
Riven’s Relics:Open chests in Riven’s Lair and The Coil.
You will need toopen 50 chests in Riven’s Lair or The Coilto complete this Triumph. Chests found in hidden areas and end-of-match rewards count for this Triumph. We highly recommend farmingThe Coilfor this challenge since it has access tohidden chests during each parkour section. Get as far in The Coil as possible, and open every hidden chest you’re able to.
Rolled Stats
Rolled Stats:Purchase Tier 2 or higher Dragon’s Gifts (Tier 3 Dragon’s Gifts provide the most progress) in The Coil using Fused Wishing Glass.
Dragon’s Gifts are roguelike buffs that may be purchased during a Coil run.The T2 and T3 Dragon’s Gifts cost significantly more Wishing Glass Shards than T1 buffs, so you’ll need to complete at least one pathway before you can purchase any of them.
By far the best way of earning Wishing Glass Shards is bybreaking jars during platforming sections.At least five will spawn during each section, with an additional five residing in each hidden chest room. A Glass Collector miniboss will also spawn at some point during your Coil run, typically during the third or fourth pathway in a platforming section. Be sure to kill them to maximize your score and potential Dragon’s Gift buffs.
Ahakmaraborn
Ahamkaraborn:Complete the Exotic mission “Starcrossed” on Legend difficulty.
Starcrossed features a Legend difficulty variant that imposes a -15 Power delta, introduces Unstoppable Champions, and adds a few difficulty modifiers to make combat slightly tougher. All of these modifiers create an activity that’s fairly difficult for solo players, so we suggest getting a fireteam together before attempting this.
Encounter mechanics are the same as Normal difficulty. Give ourStarcrossed guidea read if you haven’t completed this activity yet or need loadout recommendations.
Weapon Proficiency
Weapon Proficiency:Defeat combatants in the Dreaming City. Targets defeated in seasonal activities award additional progress.
Weapon Proficiency trackscombatant kills in the Dreaming Citythroughout Season 23, even in non-seasonal content.We suggest Coil runssince each encounter spawns dozens of adds, but if you want a more casual farm,give Blind Well a try.It received a loot update in Season 23 and grants Spirit of Riven reputation, something you’ll need to complete another Wishbearer Triumph.
Heroic Effort
Heroic Effort:Complete a run of The Coil.
A full run of The Coil consists offour pathwaysor four boss fights. Every time you clear a pathway, the mission will get progressively more difficult, but Riven will allow you to purchase additional Dragon’s Gifts. Assuming you have a good build or a three-player fireteam,a full clear should take anywhere from 40-60 minutes.Your final score has no bearing on this Triumph, although you’ll need a Platinum rating to access the Chamber of Wishes final reward room.
Familiar Felines
Familiar Felines:Find the Queen’s visitors.
