Risk of Rain Returnshas dozens of secret items, collectibles, and skins to find hidden within its various stages. Each Survivor has several skins they can unlock, either by completing specific Providence Trials or finding their hidden Strange Prism somewhere on Petrichor V.

Where To Find Mercenary’s Strange Prism
Mercenary’s Strange Prism can be unlocked in thefinal stage, Risk of Rain. you may unlock this Prism with anycharacter, but it will only appearif you have Mercenary unlocked.
On the final stage, head to theCabinroom, using aKey Cardto unlock the door. Here, head to the right, outside the room, andjump over the edge. As you fall, move to the left to land on a ledge, then continue into the room with thedancing golems.
Now, jump over theledge at the back of the roomand thenjump across the pillars. To jump over the large pillar, you’ll need either a fewHopoo Feathers, aPhoton Jetpack, or be playing as the Loader and useHydraulic Gauntletto pull yourself up.
Continue jumping over the gaps until you reach the platform where the Strange Prism appears. Now, simply touch the Prism to unlock the Mercenary’s Malice skin.
Mercenary’s Prism Skin
The Mercenary’s Prism skin has him outfitted in a dark blue armor while coloring his visor and sword a dark red. This skin closely resembles the Nemesis Mercenary’s appearance in the Starstorm mod for the original version of the game. If you are a fan of playing Nemesis Mercenary in this mod, or love the dark, broody colors, this is a great skin to have.
