Hidden throughout the many stages ofRisk of Rain Returnsare several Strange Prism skins, unlocked by finding and interacting with the Strange Prism that appears as you approach it. Finding each of these skins is a daring undertaking that may take you several runs, but the added color palettes are definitely worth the effort.

Loader’s secret Prism skin can be found on a variation of the second stage, Sky Meadow, and will take a bit of luck and skill to reach it. Below, we’ll take a look at everything you need to know before attempting to get this skin, including step-by-step instructions on how to find it.

Where To Find Loader’s Strange Prism

‘The Loader’s Strange Prism is found on avariation of Sky Meadow, which has a chance to appear as thesecond stagein a run. You’ll be looking for the version of Sky Meadow thatdoes not have the large logcovering the gap on the left side of the map.

Reaching this variation of the stage may take a few tries. We recommendkeeping an eye out for this stageas you complete normal runs, or rushing through the first stage to check this variation.

As with other Strange Prisms, youdon’t need to be playing as Loaderfor it to appear, but westrongly recommend it. This is due to the area you need to navigate to reach the Prism, which can be difficult to do on other characters.

Additionally, you’ll need a fewHopoo Feathersand thePhoton Jetpack, so we recommend using theArtifact of Commandto ensure you get these items.

Once you’ve arrived at the correct Sky Meadow variation, head to theleft side of the mapand look for thepiece of cracked groundpictured in the image above. While standing above this, use anyattack that can hit the ground, like Loader’s alternate secondary attack,Short Circuit. Doing this will cause the ground to break away, revealing a hole you can drop down into.

Next, you’ll need tojump across the platforms to the left, and then climb across a few vines. At the end of this path, you’ll find theArtifact of Spite, which you can unlock while you’re here.

At the platform where the Artifact is, lookto the left and up. You’ll need tojump into the gap in the ceiling, then climb up to the area where the Prism is. After you reach this camber, interact with the Prism to unlock the Loader’s skin.

Loader’s Strange Prism Skin - Nebula

Loader’s secret Prism skin, named Nebula, trades his massive yellow loading arms for a light purple version. This skin offers a nice change of pace from the bright yellow of the Loader’s original look.
