At its core,Palworldis a survival game, requiring you to gather numerous resources for crafting and building. These resources are scattered throughout the open world and can be found or obtained by defeating certain Pals. However, it’s not always clear where to find specific items.
When it comes toHoney, your first instinct might be to get it from bees, and you’re halfway right. This is another important resource you’ll need as you progress through the game, and this guide will help you understand how to find it.

Palworld is in Early Access, meaning that the details below are liable to change over the course of development.
How To Get Honey
There are a couple of Pals in the open world thatdrop honeywhen defeated, and the ones we can confirm for now areBeegarde and Cinnamoth.
Beegardecan be found justnorth of the Mount Flopie Summit fast travel point, with coordinates43, -49, and you’ll encounter a bunch of them in a pack. When fighting Beegardes, be aware thatthey explode to deal more damage after getting hit.

This explosive behavior can be used to your advantage. As you hit them with ranged weapons and theystart ticking, simply keep running around until they explode, dropping the honey you need.
If you successfully capture a Beegarde, you canassign it to a Ranch in your base, and it should produce honey.

However, there have been reports of potential bugs affecting this process, causing it to not work consistently.
Cinnamoth, on the other hand, are easier to defeat and they can find themaround the fast travel point called Cinnamoth Forest, with coordinates-75, -272.
They resemble butterflies and don’t explode. They often come in packs andtend to run away from you once they spot you, so keep that in mind.
Honey is a crucial item because it’s used in several recipes, especially for making Cake, which is essential for breeding your Pals.
