You’ll slowly upgrade your gear inEnshroudedas you move into new regions and biomes. AfterMetal ScrapscomesCopper Ore.You’ll first get access to Revelwood and the surrounding area while completing the game’s quests, and you’ll finally be able to upgrade your tools with Copper, as well as craft new armors, arrows, and more.
This guide covers where to easily find plenty of Copper Ore, as well as the crafting upgrade path and required workstations to produce Copper Bars for tool upgrades and other useful items.

Where To Find Copper Ore
Copper Ore is located in the region known asRevelwood, around theRevelwood Spire.The game will send you in this direction as part of the main quest.
Once you’ve completed the Revelwood Spire to unlock fast travel in the area, head to the location marked on the map above.
From this location you’re able to find bothClayandCopper Orejust a short glide away from the spire.
A little further, and you’ll find theMark Of Sameth, a huge mine full of Copper. More than you could ever possibly need, and the resource also respawns after a period of time.
Most enemies in this region range from level 13 to level 15. Come prepared.
Copper Ore Crafting Recipes
To create Copper Bars, you’ll first need aSmeltercrafted at theBlacksmith.
To do so, you’ll need to complete the Blacksmith’s quest to collect hisCrucibleas this is a key crafting material.
To craft aSmelteryou’ll need both Fired Bricks and a Crucible.
To create Fired Bricks, you’ll needKilnwhich is crafted at theCarpenter.Use some of theClayyou found to craft this.
Once you’ve got theSmelter up and running, you’re able to now use this to craftCopper BarswithCharcoal and Copper Ore.
Each20 Copper Oreyou have willcraft 10 Copper Bars.
Copper Bars are used to craft better tools, armor, and a variety of other useful items helpful on your quests throughout Revelwood and beyond.
