If you want to crack packs and have some fun hunting down rares and chase cards, then a Set Booster Box is the way to go. With 36 packs you have plenty of chances to open something good.

The premiere pack option for players. These packs are loaded with all sorts of foils, alternate art versions, and Jurassic Park cards.
If you’re looking to build out your collection of The Lost Caverns of Ixalan cards, booster boxes are the way to go. Depending on what you’re looking for out of it, there are three types of packs you can pick up.
Inside these packs you may find special variants including your usual extended art and a special showcase version of God’s from the set, as well as new variants like the borderless Oltec, special Jurassic World Universes Beyond collection, Treasure Grove Box Toppers, Legends of Ixalan alternate art, and an exclusive collection called Special Guests that includes some of the most powerful cards in Magic.
Draft Boosters
The classic Magic pack, draft boosters are designed for Limited play, like Draft and Sealed games, but there’s still plenty of fun to find in the packs. Draft Boosters contain 15 cards and can contain new fancy basic lands as well as borderless Oltec alternate art cards.
Draft Booster Boxes contain 36 packs, giving you a total of 540 cards. In each pack, there’s a 33% chance that a traditional foil card of any rarity will replace a common card. Here’s the breakdown of a pack:
Set Boosters
An upgrade over Draft Boosters, Set Boosters have a lot more packed inside each pack. Though the packs contain 14 cards, there are more chances of opening alternate art and variant cards. Set Boosters are the first pack that has a chance to open a Jurassic Park Collection card, which takes a spot from the wildcard section of Set Boosters. Like Draft Boosters, you have a 70% chance to open a non-basic Cave land 70% of the time, with the rest being the full-art basic land.
Set Booster Boxes have 30 packs giving you 420 cards after you open the whole thing. You also are guaranteed to open a traditional foil card in these packs, along with an art card. Each pack will have:
Collector Boosters
If you want the best odds of opening the coolest cards in The Lost Caverns of Ixalan, you’ll want to go with Collector Boosters. These packs are the only way you can open certain variants like extended art cards, Neon Ink cards, and a guaranteed place to find Jurassic Park cards.
