Magic has visited Ravnica over and over again since the plane was first introduced in the 2005 set Ravnica: City of Guilds, as the massive world has been subject to one upheaval after another. To celebrate this influential plane and the people who live there, Magic has collected the best cards from the set into one major special Master’s set called Ravnica Remastered.

What Can You Find In Packs?

Pulling cards from across the original Ravnica, Return to Ravnica, and Guilds of Ravnica blocks, as well as some of the various Commander cards that have been set on the plane over the years. This fully draftable set is meant to be enjoyed in Limited-style events like Draft or Sealed, but also comes with Collector Booters with chances of pulling some very cool cards.

Ravnica Remastered has a ton of special variants and alternate artworks to find, with retro frame cards, borderless anime cards, and serialized cards that are only found in Collector Boosters.

Ravnica Remastered Draft Collector Box

There are 135 retro frame cards in Ravnica Remastered, split across all rarities, and can be found as foil and non-foil printings in both Draft and Collector Boosters. Among those cards, certain retro frame cards are exclusive to Collector Booster packs for various reasons, some for being too strong while others don’t have enough cards to support the play style despite being important Ravnica-themed cards.

The Collector Booster exclusive cards are:

As an interesting note, Pack Rat does not appear in the set as a regular frame but instead is exclusive to retro frame and borderless anime variant, but the anime version can be found in both Draft and Collector Boosters as foil and nonfoil.

If you’re looking for some of the more elusive cards from Ravnica Remastered, then you’re going to want to pick up a Collector Booster Box. With 12 packs loaded with foils, alternate arts, and retro frame cards, these packs are the best bang for your buck.

Ravnica Remastered Draft Collector Box-1

Booster Boxes are the best way to build out your collection and make sure you’re able to get all the cards you’re looking for from the set. Like other Master sets, Ravnica Remastered is a bit more limited in selection than mainline sets, but since the entire set is based on powerful reprints, it works. Ravnica Remastered has a total of 292 unique cards, 111 commons, 90 uncommons, 71 rares, and 20 mythic rares.

Draft Box

The last set to print the classic Magic: The Gathering draft pack, these 15-card packs are balanced to provide a solid Limited experience, giving players the potential to design decks with classic Ravnican mechanics in mind. A draft box contains 36 packs, giving you 540 cards to collect. In each pack, you have a 33% chance of having a traditional foil card replacing one of your commons, which can be in either the regular or retro frame.

Each Draft Booster pack includes:

The Mana card slot is unique since the cards you can find there can also be found in other rarities, meaning you could possibly open a pack with multiple Guildgates or a Signet and a Chromatic Lantern. This is to help you when you draft to have as much access to mana fixing as possible since the multicolored theme of the set can be a little hard on your mana base in games.

Collector Booster Box

The other type of pack available if you’re looking to collect Ravnica Remastered cards is Collector Boosters. A Collector Booster Box has only twelve packs, each one with 15 cards in each pack. These packs are the only way you may open serialized cards and the borderless shock lands that are going to be highly coveted among players.

Cracking a Collector Booster will give you:

Opening a serialized card is the rarest drop to find in one of these packs, with a 1% chance of opening one in any Collector Booster pack.

Ravnica Remastered Packs

If you’re not looking to pick up an entire box of Collector Boosters, you could always shoot for a single pack. There are still plenty of foils and special cards in one of these packs, giving you a chunk of fancy cards to collect.

If you want to open something fun without breaking the bank, you might want to consider picking up a Ravnica Remastered Collector Booster pack. These 15 card packs contain all sorts of fun stuff, with 11 of the cards being foil, plus a special double-sided foil token, which is exclusive to collector booster packs.

Ravnica Remastered Draft Collector Pack

Ravnica Remastered is the first time a serialized card can be found in a remastered product, and has given 64 different rare and mythic cards the treatment. Each card will be numbered out of 500, giving the set a total of 32,000 serialized cards with the double rainbow foiling treatment. Serialized cards are always printed in English, but can be found in collector boosters of any language.
