The Sims 4’s High School Years expansion pack brought with it tons of features that helped enhance the feeling of watching your Sim grow up. This ranges from the usual new clothes to unique activities that you can perform only if you have this pack. One of those activities is joining an after-school club that takes place on specific days from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
By joining an after-school club, you are able to perform various different activities that you may expect school-going children to engage in. Kick a ball or geek out — there are clubs for all! But beware, your Sim won’t stay young, so pick wisely.
What Are After School Clubs?
After-school clubs in The Sims 4 are clubs players can have their school-going Sims join. Depending on which club you join, yourSim gets access to specific after-school part-time activitiesthat they can engage in.
Every after-school club activityhas a set schedule to follow. In addition to there being a set time, every after-school activity also hascertain days of the week dedicated to them. After all, having to go to football practice every single day would be too much for any growing Sim to handle.
Also, different after-school clubs require your Sim to level up different skills if you want to climb the ranks.Every club features three levels, and the more you level up the club’s specific skill, the more you’ll get ‘promoted’ to the next level until you eventually become the captain of that club.
Of course, that isn’t all. There are also certain events that you’re able to only trigger and participate in if you’re part of a club. These events include theSports Day, Science Fair, and cheer competitions.
Football Team
The first club your Sim can join is the football one. Join this club for a perfect fitness kickstart! Withactivities scheduled every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it’s ideal for Simsaiming to boost their fitness skill early.
Now, you willstart off as a recruit, fetching water bottles for the team. However,raise your fitness skill enough,and you’ll find yourself becoming an official team member and eventually captain of the football team.

With the potential to get a golden football, team flag, and trophy, as well as thechance to show off at the Sports Day festival, this is a must-join club for sporty Sims.
Computer Team

While your physical abilities and stamina won’t be enough to keep up with the cheer team veterans, with enough practice and determination,you’ll find yourself standing tall as the cheer team captain in no time.

By joining this club, not only will you beable to compete at the cheer competition once a week, but reaching the position of cheerleading captain will get you a golden cheer mat, team flag, and trophy.
