The WSP Swarm inCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 3is an early-unlock SMG that deals quick, heavy damage at the cost of some hard-to-control recoil. On its own without attachments, the recoil makes this gun practically unusable. If built right, however, the WSP Swarm can rightfully become a staple in many loadouts.

Once the right attachments are put together, the WSP Swarm is a run-and-gunner’s dream. Lucky for you, you’re able to work toward attachment unlocks using the swarm’s default class rather than the base gun.

WSP Swarm Build

This build’s biggest goal with the WSP Swarm is going to becontrolling the recoilwithout adding too much time to theTTK. Raise it too much, and this just becomes another average, early-game submachine gun.

You have acouple of optionsfor your fifth attachment slot, so choose wisely based on your playstyle.

Despite havingclean iron sights, this build recommends using anopticof your choosing toadd some much-needed controlover the shots you take.

If you would rather use the iron sights in favor of an additional attachment, you would benefit from either the1MW Artemis Laseror the9mm Low Grain Roundsammunition.

Both will add some stability to your game, withthe ammunition option specifically targeting recoil. The downfall of going with the 9mm low grain is that you will alsolose some of your damage range. Thelaserwill alleviate this sacrifice while still providing asmall amount of stability.
