It’s no secret at this point that Lethal Company is an immensely popular game, surpassing even Resident Evil 4 and Baldur’s Gate 3 in Steam reviews. Similar toAmong Us, there’s just something inherently enthralling and remarkably replayable about combining the Horror genre with multiplayer connectivity and proximity-based voice chat.
While the base game offers plenty of replayability, there’s still only so much progress that the developer, Zeekerss, can make over time. Thankfully, there’s an entire community of modders that can bring practically any idea to life, such as lobbies that can hold more than 30 players at once, or a greater selection of cosmetic upgrades.

All mods listed are based on theThunderstoreframework. Please make sure you download all necessary managers, APIs, and injectors, such as LC API, BepInEx, and other dependencies before installing any mods.
There are many helpful Lethal Company modding guides on YouTube if you’re struggling to get everything working.

9Helmet Cameras
Sitting at the ship’s command center, there’s plenty of useful information you can provide your crewmates, with the help of a few walkie-talkies and a top-down map that shows everything from turrets and doors, to enemies and valuable items.
But, if you feel like you’re missing out on extra, key information, or you just want to make this role a little bit more interesting, this mod will give you a lower-resolution, live video feed from the helmet of any player you happen to be following.

8Always Hear Active Walkies
It can be a bit stressful, or at the very least time-consuming, to communicate with someone inside the ship, and then relay any relevant information to your other crewmates while navigating various rooms, managing items, and dealing with threats.
If that experience resonates with you, this mod will remedy that issue by ensuring that any players close enough to an activated walkie-talkie will be able to hear what questions or information are being transmitted, even if it ends up being dropped on the ground.

7Reserved Walkie Slot
Between walkie-talkies, flashlights, shovels, zap guns, and other items, the four-item hotbar at the bottom of the HUD can start to feel quite limiting, especially if what you’re carrying is heavy and you need to make multiple trips between the ship and the loot you’ve found.
If you feel like the game’s inventory space could use just a little bit more flexibility, then this mod will help by adding a fifth, dedicated walkie-talkie slot in the bottom right of your screen. With an inventory that small, every space counts.

6HD Lethal Company
The core game loop for Lethal Company is quite compelling, but for some, graphics matter just as much, if not more than, the gameplay itself. If you feel like the game could use a bit more clarity and some antialiasing to eliminate some pixelated, jagged edges, this mod is for you.
Although, you will have to see all the enemy models in a higher resolution and with more clarity, so, do keep that in mind if you already find the game scary to begin with. At the very least, it doesn’t take long for monsters to rip you to pieces.

5Flashlight Toggle
If you grew accustomed to an on-demand flashlight toggle, such as what you’d be afforded inLeft 4 Dead 2, or you’re tired of having to drop big, bulky items just to turn your flashlight on and off, you should give this mod a try.
Once installed, so long as you have a flashlight in the first place, you’ll be able to quickly flick to your flashlight simply by pressing the ‘F’ key on your keyboard, even if you’re holding another item, like some chattering teeth or that noisy toy robot.

4Pinger
If you just got done playing a bunch ofGhost Recon: WildlandsorApex Legendswith some friends, and you’re used to that handy little ping mechanic that tends to be taken for granted these days, this mod is a good workaround that brings pings into the game.
Once installed, you’ll be able to quickly show other players that are using the mod where a valuable piece of loot is, or communicate the location of an enemy when you need to stay quiet, simply by pressing the ‘Q’ key. Keep in mind, you will have to press right-click to scan and see these pings.

3More Suits
While the company store does let you buy a couple extra suits for a bit of customization, only being able to pick between green, orange, and yellow isn’t very exciting. With the More Suits mod, you’ll get a more suitable wardrobe for someone as fashionable as yourself.
Now, you’ll be able to meet an untimely demise in style, or for a more practical application, wear a specific color that visually identifies who you are to other crewmates without needing to be in range of proximity voice chat.

2Late Company
Picture this: you see a bunch of friends playing Lethal Company, and they have an extra space open, so you excitedly hop into Discord with them just to find out they’re already pretty far in, and you’re stuck waiting until they eventually fail to meet the profit quota.
Thankfully, with the Late Company mod, you’ll be able to avoid that situation from ever happening again, allowing you to ‘hot join’ an ongoing session with your buddies, regardless of whether they just got started, or are pretty far into a run.
1Bigger Lobby
Conventional wisdom says that games, or most things in life for that matter, are enhanced or made more fun by adding more people to whatever you’re doing. Although, the Bigger Lobby mod might’ve taken that idea to the extreme.
So long as you are playing with other players using the mod, you’ll be able to play with over 30 other players! Also yes, if you were wondering, it does look hilarious to see a ton of people in orange suits crammed into such a small metal space box.
