While exploring the lush and vibrant world ofPalworld, you may seek allies that add a specific flair to your adventures. Among the numerous creatures available in the game, Grass Pals stand out with their unique abilities and traits, perfectly suited for those who prefer a more naturalistic approach.
There’s a lot to love about Grass Pals, with distinctive abilities that help you both in combat and surviving the dangers of Palworld. So, let’s look at the best Grass Pals and discuss what makes them so invaluable.

10Tanzee
An early game find, Tanzee offers a good blend of Grass and Ground attacks, making it a versatile combatant in Palworld. Tanzee’s Partner Skill, Cheery Rifle, is particularly noteworthy. When activated, Tanzee fires an assault rifle at nearby enemies, which can turn the tides of combat in the game’s first hours.
Besides being handy for taking down enemies, Tanzee can perform multiple tasks, including Planting, Handiwork, Lumbering, Transporting, and Gathering. This wide range of Traits makes Tanzee a valuable Pal, capable of contributing significantly to keeping your base tidy.

9Vaelet
Vaelet’s Partner Skill, Purification of Gaia, ensures Ground Pals drop more items upon defeat. That alone makes Vaelet a precious tool when farming resources to upgrade your base in the game’s early stages. Furthermore, Vaelet’s Traits in Gathering, Handiwork, and Medicine Production prove this is a resourceful companion to keep around.
Vaelet’s mix of Grass and Poison skills also comes in handy in combat, adding some flexibility to your arsenal. That’s why, despite relatively low status compared to top-tier Grass Pals, Vaelet is still a great addition to your regular team.

8Gumoss
The most important resource in the first hours of Palworld is wood, without which you cannot build your base. That’s where Gumoss comes into play. Its Partner Skill, Logging Assistance, enhances tree-cutting efficiency, speeding up the process of gathering the material you’ll need the most for building the basic structure of your camp.
Gumoss can also be great for combat, with a mix of Ground and Grass attacks that are extremely useful for low-level bosses. That’s why taking a Gumoss to some tree-cutting exploration and letting it level up is a great idea for beginners.

7Verdash
Verdash becomes a valuable ally mid-game, thanks to the Grassland Speedster Partner Skill. By keeping Verdash by your side, you’ll have an increased movement speed and Grass element infused into your attacks. That means you’ll hit harder and faster while quickly crossing the lands of Palworld, a deadly combination that justifies all the love Verdash gets.
In your base, Verdash might not be as versatile as some other Grass Pals. Still, you can use it for Gathering, Lumbering, and Handiwork, a combination of Traits that should not be overlooked.

While you may capture a regular Verdash in the wild, there’s analpha version of the Pal you should defeat as a bossto get an even better version of the creature.
6Robinquill
Leveling up a Robinquill is a great mid-game strategy for taking down bosses faster. That’s because Robinquill’s Partner Skill, Hawkeye, lets you deal more damage to enemies' weak points. That, combined with some powerful guns you can craft after a few hours of Palworld, can melt down even the largest Pal’s health bar.
Robinquill also has an enviable list of Traits, including Planting, Handiwork, Lumbering, Medicine Production, Transporting, and Gathering. So, even if you change your combat strategy and don’t need its damage boost any longer, it’s easy to find something else for Robinquill to do.

5Lyleen
Lyleen is another Grass Pal that can give you the edge when fighting powerful enemies. That’s because the Harvest Goddess Partner Skill significantly restores player HP, making Lyleen crucial for surviving the dangers of Palworld’s archipelago. As an endgame Pal, Lyllen also packs quite a punch, which makes it useful beyond her healing ability.
With a Level 4 in Planting and a Level 3 in Medicine Production, Lyllen can also increase the efficiency of your base to produce food and consumables. Overall, Lyllen is one of the best support Pals you can have in the game.

4Petallia
Like Lyllen, Petallia is a great support Pal with a high level in Traits such as Planting, Gathering, and Medicine Production. Petallias Partner Skill, Blessing of the Flower Spirit, also restores part of your help, which is always a good combat ability.
Petallia stands out in her ability to learn Water attacks, which gives her an advantage against Fire Pals, the main enemy of Grass ones. Because of that, Petallia can defend herself from fiery fiends, making it easier to carry her around the archipelago of Palworld.

If you want a Petallia, you should breed a Celaray and a Univolt to get a Huge Verdant Egg. Hatching this egg will grant you this flower Pal.
3Elizabee
Elizabee’s Partner Skill, Queen Bee Command, makes it one of the funniest Grass Pals to play around. The ability boosts team stats significantly the more Beegardes you have on your team. So, with a team filled with bee Pals, you become an unstoppable killing machine capable of taking down everything in your way.
Like most endgame Grass Pals, Elizabee also excels in Planting, Handiwork, and Medicine Production, which increases her value for base-keeping purposes. That, allied with the amazing experience of leading an army of angry buzzing Pals, makes Elizabee invaluable for your Palworld experience.

2Mossanda
Mossanda is one of the few Grass Pals that can be mounted, which is a treat. Yet, the fact that the Partner Skill Grenadier Panda allows you to fire a grenade launcher when riding it turns Mossanda into a weapon of mass destruction. Even when facing the toughest bosses in Palworld, Mossanda gives you enough firepower to come out victorious, making it a welcome addition to any team.
While not as useful in a base as other Grass Pals, Mossanda shines so much in combat that it’s hard to trade it for another mount. There’s something too delicious about riding into battle mounted in a friendly-looking bear while grenades explode around you.

1Warsect
Warsect is a beast; there’s no word for it. With a high attack and an insane defense, this Grass Pal can go toe to toe with the fiercest enemies. What’s even better, Warsect shares some of its incredible protection with you through the Hard Armor Partner Skill, which increases your defenses.
Even though Warsect is a Grass and Ground Pal, it also adds Fire damage to your attacks, making it incredibly resourceful in combat. The best part is that you don’t need any special strategy to capture a Warsect, as they are relatively easy to encounter in Wildlife Sanctuary 2 in the northeast of the map.
