There are so many great story arcs and characters to adapt from the comics to a board game that it can be overwhelming. Thankfully, the number of board games built around the DC property means there’s a game for everyone, from the most experienced tabletop gamer to those just getting started.

Uno: DC Edition

Steve Jackson games have a long history of being very fun and very silly, and combining it with Batman seems like a fantastic combination. This version of Munchkin has players take control of the many Batman villains that prowl Gotham, the Joker, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, and more as they try to get away with various crimes in the city.

You win by completing various crimes to reward you by drawing extra cards and treasures to raise your level. Once you get to level 10, you win! This game is easy enough for kids to pick up and learn and deep enough for all players to enjoy.
Teen Titans GO! Mayhem
Team up with two of your favorite Titans to save the city and slow down your opponents with special attacks based on each character. Perfect for fans of all ages, Teen Titan GO! Mayhem brings fun characters to an established game system.
Take two of your favorite Titans and bring them together in a mini-team up to help win a game in Teen Titans GO! Mayhem. This game has you competing to earn victory points, getting five points wins you the game. Designed on the Mayhem system, a special board game rule set that CMON has used for other IPs, players will have to complete missions or battle their friends to earn points.

Each Titan comes with their own unique character board with special attacks based on their powers and abilities, along with fun miniature avatars based on their design from the show. Games are quick and fun, taking only about 30 minutes per match, making it a great game to pick up and go with friends.
Dark Nights: Metal
The Dark Universe has come, and it’s up to you to save the multiverse in this expansion of the DC Deck-Building Game. you may play this board game as a complete version on its own or my mixing it up with other expansions.
An expansion for the DC Deck-Building Game series but completely playable all on its own, the Dark Nights Metal board game is a deck-building game based around the “Dark Nights: Metal” comic book series which featured Batman discovering a Dark Universe beneath their own.

As you play, you’ll have to work together to defeat the ultimate evil, Barbatos and The Batman Who Laughs by building a deck of other heroes, but the rules change from other DC Deck-Building Games, where defeated villains are not immediately added to your deck and instead grant immediate rewards.
DC Deck-Building Game: Injustice
Build a deck based on the strongest heroes and villains in the DC universe and pit them against each other in this dystopian take on the characters. Each game is different thanks to tons of cards and scenarios to play through.
Another stand-alone expansion to the DC Deck-Building Game is the Injustice expansion. Following an alternate storyline where Superman has become a tyrant, ruling the people of Earth with an iron fist backed by his fellow superheroes, it’s up to Batman and his rebels to stop him.

This expansion lets you build your Charge Meter in order to unleash powerful attacks that are unique to each character. As you play cards you’ll generate power, which can be used to buy new cards and power up your deck. With your beefed-up deck, you can start attacking enemies to earn even more rewards to help you win the game.
DC Spyfall
Team up with your friends to uncover the Joker who’s hiding in plain sight, but you never know who you can trust in this social dedication game. Keep the Joker from finding out where you’re at and you’ll capture him in no time.
A social deduction game based on the Spyfall game system, DC Spyfall pits anywhere between three to eight players against each other to uncover who is actually the Joker in disguise. The hero players will travel to various locations from across the DC universe and try to figure out which player is the Joker before the Joker finds out where the heroes are.

These types of social deduction games are a blast at parties or even if you’re trying to kill time while traveling with friends and since DC Spyfall is easier to pick up and play than other board games, it’s a great game to introduce new players to. If the base game gets a little too easy, you may always spice it up with new cards and alternate rules sets too.
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns - The Game
Join Batman on his final adventure in The Dark Knight Returns - The Game. This solo adventure takes you to various scenarios with limited resources to put you in tough situations.
A unique board game, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns - The Game is a solo board game based on Frank Miller’s critically acclaimed series. Unlike many board games, which often have you collecting powerups and getting more powerful over the course of a game, The Dark Knight Returns pits you against four scenarios, each one with a different rule set and outcome.

You are limited in your resources so you have to make them stretch across all four scenarios. If any of Batman’s stats drop to zero you’re out of the game and have to start over. All the while you’re trying to collect clues to uncover the identity of the final boss. This board game translates the feel of The Dark Knight Returns comics to a board game, bringing the overwhelming odds of a tortured society down against you while you play.
The Batman Who Laughs Rising Cooperative Board Game
Probably the scariest version of Batman.
The Batman Who Laughs was one of the biggest existential threats faced by the DC universe. He brought with him twisted versions of heroes and villains in a bid to destroy the multiverse, however, much like in the comics, you need to build a team strong and well-rounded enough to take on everything he can throw at you.

A league of their own.
The Justice League members can’t always fight as a team, as crime and trouble spans the entire globe. In DC Comics Deck-Building Game you’ll have to choose a particular hero and build up a deck that works in their advantage to take on all sorts of villains. Some unique face offs are bound to take place.

Funkotham City
You wouldn’t usually pair Funko Pops and strategy games together, but here we are. The DC #100 pack brings the Caped Crusader and some supporting cast into the Funkoverse Strategy Game. It features Bats himself, Batgirl, Joker and Harley Quinn.
Gotham City has been added to the Funkoverse Strategy Game, along with Batman, Batgirl, Joker, and Harley Quinn. Featuring its own themed figures, maps, and tokens, this is a great addition for any fan of Batman.

Uno Ultimate: DC Edition
The Ultimate superhero card game
This edition of Uno Ultimate is themed after the heroes from the DC universe. Each character card features special abilities that will aid you on your road to victory. This is a great alternative if regular Uno is getting too repetitive. The superheroes are an added bonus!

Uno Ultimate is played a bit differently than the regular game. With more complex rules and different strategic approaches, it’s a great game for those who are tired of the base game. On top of that, a DC Universe theme makes these cards all the more fun to play with.
