Only three crops areavailable to purchase during Winter:Snowdrop seeds, tea seeds, and cotton seeds. If you want to complete thealtars at the Lake Temple, you’ll need each of these crops.
You’ll needosmium quality cropsof each of these Winter crops,and an additional snowdropof any quality.
You won’t have access to any of these crops until you are town rank C, so if you’re not there yet, you won’t be able to grow any of these traditional crops. Luckily there are other things you may do tokeep busy during the Winter.
Best Winter Crops To Grow
With only three crops to choose from during Winter, you may decide togrow all three or you may decide to focus on just one. The costs to purchase one plant of a crop and keep it growing all seasonwill be listed in the table, along with the profits from basic quality crops.

The best crop to grow in Winter to make money is Cotton, and you can sell it as it is, or use a loom to produce Cotton Fabric, which sells for more.You’ll only needone piece of Cotton to make one Fabric, which you can then sell for 230 coral coins.
Turning your cotton into cotton fabric will greatly increase your earnings, and only takes a couple of days to process. If you’re looking for more coral coins,this is the best way to go for farming-related tasks in the Winter.
Although cotton is the overall best Winter crop to plant,one of the most-requested crops from the season is tea leaves. You’ll receive requests throughout the year for these, soit’s wise to have enough in stockto last the year.
If you already have the greenhouse unlocked, and you have some seeds saved,you can grow those in your greenhouse.Since fruit trees are trickier to grow though,the greenhouse is a great way to ensure saplings and seedlings surviveall year and produce fruit continually.
