Unlike the first chapter, Disney villains really get to shine in Rise of The Floodborn which could change the game’s mechanics significantly. 9Madam Mim - Purple Dragon
Not only is this Madam Mim card an Evasive type, but it also comes with some solid willpower to help you maintain an advantage even if the opponent has an Evasive of their own on the mat. It’s a tricky card to play since you are bound to have to make a few sacrifices to ensure you may keep playing it.

With a decent ink cost, it’s easy to play and thus justifies its lack of any special ability in order to provide maximum value. If you’re looking to weaken the opposition during the middle of your game,this card cancertainly come in handy.
7The Queen - Commanding Presence
If your opponent has a card with a high strength stat, this shift two card can break down their defenses while you quest. The special ability of this card can be beneficial midgame or endgame, as you can get a decent amount of lore while still maintaining an advantage.
The best thing about this character card is the amount of value you get for a moderate ink cost. You can challenge your opponent confidently on both fronts, since questing nerfs the chosen opposing card’s strength.
6Cruella De Vil - Perfectly Wretched
This shift three card can be a good investment mid-game if played right. The ink count is substantial, but you get decent strength and willpower stats along with a low ink cost if you’ve already played another Cruella De Vil card beforehand.
With its special ability, you’re able to ensure that you increase your lore while taking out some of the opposition. In exchange for generating lore, you can nerf any one of your opponent’s character cards in the process.
5The Queen - Disguised Peddler
When you play this card at any point in your game, you get a headstart on lore generation if you’ve got another character card on the playing field that generates a substantial amount already. It comes in handy if you’re running low on options with good willpower and strength stats.
While this card has no way to generate lore on its own, it makes up for it with good strength and willpower, which will help you gain the upper hand.
4Dr. Facilier - Fortune Teller
If you have this card in your deck, you might have “friends on the other side.” This villain card could just be one of thebest Evasive cardsin this set. With great strength and willpower stats, you’re able to also slow down your opponent on other fronts.
It will not only drive up your lore count, but the special ability can considerably hamper the other party’s questing progress.
Arguably one of the best cards to have in your deck, this character card can make any game significantly more competitive. It is an exceptional midgame asset that lets you capitalize on your opponent’s lack of building up enough ink to play a card that would rival its stats.
What’s even more impressive is how this character card can be a gold mine when it comes to acquiring lore, but only if you may somehow manage to get its strength stats up to seven.
2Shere Khan - Menacing Predator
When you’re starting out, throwing this card on the playing field would be devastating for your opponents. Not just because this character card has decent strength and willpower but also because its special ability can make it rather hard for your rival to generate a comeback.
Since accumulating lore is the way to win, having an army of characters to challenge your opposition when you play Shere Khan - Menacing Predator might just be an early finishing blow.With the right cards, you can easily secure a healthy lead.
1Queen of Hearts - Capricious Monarch
This card comes with a great payoff when attacking and defending, but it isn’t the best for gaining more lore. It’s arguably the best villain character card in the whole set because this card comes with one of the best special abilities, which gives you double the value.
It can be particularly useful mid-game when you’re in a tough spot since exerting this card can help you take out multiple enemies.
