Endless Dungeonfeatures eight playable characters, up to three of which you can bring on every run with you. These eight characters all have their own unique qualities, but one distinction that splits them in two is if they carry heavy guns or hand guns.
The four characters that use heavy guns are Zed, Blaze, Cartie, and Comrade, and while they all control very differently with unique skills, they all have the same choice of weapons. However, some of the heavy guns are a lot better than the others. So, when working through a run, which of the heavy weapons should you opt for?

7Pocket Rocket
A great way to ensure that your characters are well-balanced throughout the entirety of their run through Endless Dungeon is to ensure that a couple of your characters have a neutral weapon. These ignore both elemental resistances and weaknesses, so they are a safe bet, especially in later floors where there is a wider selection of enemy varieties.
When To Use This Weapon
The Pocket Rocket has a slower fire rate, but it also has a large knockback and an impressive range. If you need to crowd control and deal a good amount of damage, too, this is a great neutral choice.
6Empathizer
If you are in the earlier floors of Endless Dungeon, then a type of enemy you are likely to run into are Bots. Luckily, there are somegreat heavy electricity optionsfor weapons that will take them down quickly. The Emphathizer controls like a standard rocket/grenade launcher, shooting explosive bullets at a slower fire rate.
The Empathizer is a lot easier to use than some of the other explosive guns since you do not need to manually charge it. If you need to take down stronger Bots, it is a great option.

5Gatling
The Gatling is the starter weapon for a lot of the heavy characters, and you will often find yourself bringing it quite late into your run. It has simple controls, and with its high damage output, it will even do better than weapons of a higher rarity than its own.
This is a great neutral weapon to take with you throughout your run in Endless Dungeon. In later floors, you will likely want to find a higher rarity version to make up for the higher health enemies.

4Sniper Beam
One of the defining features of the Blur class of enemies is how slow they are compared to the others and how they tend to move in smaller packs. This makes a slower and more focused light-class weapon like the Sniper Beam a perfect choice for picking them off.
Despite its namesake, the Sniper Beam actually has a relatively quick fire rate compared to other slow, heavy weapons. This makes it a viable option against almost every Blur enemy.

3Death Darts
A type of enemy that is likely to try and overwhelm your party with numbers are Blobs. These enemies tend to split apart and move quickly while also having slower but stronger enemies to shred through your health. That is why using theDeath Darts is such a great acid choicesince it can shred through a large crowd and deal a good amount of damage.
Place the character using this weapon a distance from the Blob spawn point but still in range. This gives them enough space to take advantage of the big crowds that will form in front of them.

2Mobzapper
One of the main problems you will run into when facing Bots is how easily they can overwhelm your party with strong numbers, speed, and damage output. However, Bots tend to be more frail, and a weapon like the Mobzapper will completely shred through them. This weapon has a short but wide range that can destroy any Bots that attempt to take down your character.
This weapon is incredibly versatile, being great at either shredding through Bots near their spawn point orescorting the Crystal Botto its next destination.

1Campfire
The Campfire is one of the easiest and most fun weapons to use in Endless Dungeon, and part of the reason for this is how effective it is. The weapon will create a circle of fire around your character, which has a surprisingly high damage output as well as knockback. This is the perfect counter for most Bug class enemies and will ensure that they will get nowhere near your Crystal Bot. However, you want to make sure to watch out for the Bugs that can cover your character with a web since this will pause your fire circle.
This is a weapon perfectly designed for escorting the Crystal Bot, but it is also great for blocking doorways to ensure that no enemies get past. Make sure that the doorway you are blocking is not too big since they will be able to slip through otherwise.
