Monster Hunterfans were given something big to look forward to at last year’s Game Awards asthe debut trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds closed the show. However, the wait for more Monster Hunter is going to be a long one. Not releasing until 2025, 2024 will almost certainly be another calendar year without a new release in the series.Capcomis attempting to make up for that by releasing plushes - a lot of them - all of which are available to pre-order onAmazonright now.

A quick scroll after searching for plushes from Capcom games reveals no fewer than 23 new Monster Hunter plushes by my count. There are a lot of monsters to hunt in the series after all, so if there are going to be plushes, may as well include as many of those monsters as you can. Other than picking the ones you like the look of most, or perhaps your favorites from the series, you’ll want to check the prices since they vary, and also take a look at the release dates.

Monster Hunter Silver Rathalos Chibi Plush

If you follow head toAmazon’s Monster Hunter plush page, then they will be ordered by release date in reverse order. So the plushes at the very top of the page such as the Paolumu and Diablos Chibis have the longest wait times, releasing in October 2024. Move on down the page and the wait times for your Monster Hunter plushes will get shorter and shorter. Quite a few will drop at the end of July, some more in November, a few options in February and March, and if you really don’t want to wait, the four at the bottom appear to be available now.

Monster Hunter Silver Rathalos Chibi Plush

Based on one of the many creatures you encounter in the Monster Hunter series, this Silver Rathalos Chibi is far less intimidating as a plush. A gold version of the same monster is also available.

If you want my advice, and I’m assuming you do since you’re still reading, I’d pre-order a plush or two from the February options, and on the day they arrive, pre-order some from the next batch, and so on. That way you can fill the Monster Hunter-shaped hole in your life that won’t be filled by a new game until 2025 with a gradual stream of plushes throughout the next ten months.

Monster Hunter Arzuros Fluffy Egg-Shaped Plush

Monster Hunter Arzuros Fluffy Egg-Shaped Plush

A bear, no matter how terrifying it might be in reality, is adorable when turned into a soft toy. Monster Hunter’s Arzurosis definitive proof of that. The menacing creature that has you fearing for your life in-game is downright adorable when shrunk down to size and stuffed with fluff.

There will be a non-plush announcement to break up the wait between now and 2025 withCapcom promising more news on its next game in the series coming this summer. It seems many of you are relying onMonster Hunter Worldto fill the void for the time being too, the older gamehitting its highest player count in three yearsfollowing the Game Awards' announcement.
