To embark on your journey as a journalist in The Sims 4, your Sim must first join thewriting profession. Progress through the career track until you reachlevelfive, where thejournalism career trackbecomes available. This is where your byline begins.

Acquire Source Material

Every stellar article is like a fine wine – it starts with a good harvest, and in The Sims 4, it’s no different. Your source material comes from none other than yourfellow Sims. You’ll need them to gather information for your articles.

Once you’ve selected a Sim to interview, initiate a conversation with them. Look for options related to interviews, such asInterview for StoryandInterview about Life. This dialogue option sets the stage for gathering valuable information that will serve as the foundation for your article.

Ditch the BFFs; you don’t need to have a prior relationship with a Sim to interview them.Anyoneyou find will suffice.

Write The Article

Once you’ve squeezed your fellow Sims like lemons for their stories, it’s time to turn those lemons into sweet, sweet lemonade. Head to acomputerin the game, and you’ll find the option toWrite. Click on it to open up the article creation option.
