As you develop your skills, you’ll unlock new tools you can use. One of these is the mushroom log, which can help you harvest multiple fungi throughout the year with the right preparations. Thankfully, we’ve done all the work so you can get started.

How To Unlock The Mushroom Log
Tounlock the Mushroom Log, you’ll need to get yourForaging skill up to level six. This will unlock the crafting recipe for the Mushroom Log, and you cancreate as many as you’d like. You’ll only need the following materials to craft them:
They take up a decent amount of space, atwo-by-two box, so ensure to arrange them accordingly to maximize your farm’s productivity. You’ll find therecipe for the Mushroom Log in the Artisan categorysince it’s listed as Artisan equipment.

How To Use The Mushroom Log
To use the mushroom log, you’ll need toinsert a forageable mushroom. Similar to the furnaces and other equipment, simplyinteract with it while holding the desired mushroom. This will consume the mushroom and begin the growing process.
Mushrooms are a great resource to have, as they can beconsumed for energy or sold for coins.
They can even make great gifts! For example,Mark loves mushrooms.
Everytwo in-game days, you’ll collect more mushrooms from the logs. You canchange out the mushroomsyou’re growing as well bytaking back the current mushroom and replacing itwith another.
