As you sleep, the Snorlax helps you bring new Pokemon to your research site. Each week when you set up a campsite, you’ll have a few choices as to where you can go. They aren’t all available right off the bat, so here are the requirements to unlock all the different research islands in Pokemon Sleep.
How To Unlock Greengrass Isle
Lucky for you, you’ll havea great research island to set up campright at the beginning of playing Pokemon Sleep.Greengrass Isle is your first research island, and where you’ll find your first Snorlax.
Greengrass Isle is the largest island, and also where you’ll findthe most variety of Pokemon in Pokemon Sleep. OnGreengrass Isle, you’ll find Pokemon such as Bulbasaur, Eevee, Togepi, Bellsprout, Chikorita, Sylveon, and more.

How To Unlock Cyan Beach
Cyan Beach is the second island you’ll be able to unlock.The sandy beaches of this research area are home to severalWater-type Pokemon.
AtCyan Beach, you’ll find Pokemon such as Mr. Mime, Totodile, Vaporeon, Clefairy, Squirtle, Golduck, and more.

Taupe Hollow is the third research areathat becomes available. On this island, you’ll set up your camp in a cave with sunlight spilling in from overhead.
