Whether you like the freedom of open combat or picking off enemies one by one, sometimes stealth is the best option. However, the mechanics of stealth can be a bit tricky to figure out, which is why we’re here to help.
There are skills you can use to help make stealth easier, but overall it’s best to know how to maneuver around the map so that you aren’t spotted. Knowing what you can do to minimize detection will help you take down the RDA without being noticed.
How To Use Stealth
Stealth is a tricky mechanic, but you’ll find thatcrouching makes it easier to hidefrom enemies. You’llmove slower and make less noise, but you’re not completely hidden.
You’ll know if an enemy has noticed you by the color of the circle over their head:
When spotted, act quickly toeliminate whoever saw youbefore they can alert others.
Otherwise, the entire group will now exactly where you are and open fire.
To stay hidden, you’ll need toavoid direct light and stay behind coveras much as possible. You can alsoclimb up high to stay out of the line-of-sightand remain incognito.
When sabotaging RDA facilities,storing hacks in SID will not arouse suspicion. However, activating them immediately will.
How To Stealth Kill Enemies
Enemies will have weakpointsthat you may target. You can find this spot byusing your Na’vi sensesto detect it. Aim for thegolden spots on AMP suits, turrets, and more to deal extra damage.
Stronger enemies are not likely to be take out in one hit, even if you target the weak point.
Be prepared to fire rapidly if you want to take them out quickly.
To stealthily remove enemies, you’llneed to use your bow. Firearms will alert everyone nearby due to the sound, butbows can be used almost silentlyto eliminate enemies and remain undetected.
Just because they are quiet doesn’t mean they are invisible. RDA soldiers can alert others to arrows that miss their target.
