There are many quests inDisney Dreamlight Valleythat allow you to uncover secrets from before the Forgetting. With the addition of A Rift In Time, even more secrets are revealed, if only you have the courage to pursue them. Some secrets lead to new and hidden treasures, though you’ll usually have to put in a bit of effort for the quest to be fruitful.

Occasionally, you’ll need to gather materials and work together with different characters to come up with a plan so that you accomplish your goal. In pursuit of greater treasure, a little work now and then is a small price to pay.

How To Find The Second Piece Of The Scarab

You’ll need tocheck on Gastonafter completingThe Wanderer Of The Dunes. When you do, he’llpoint you in Rapunzel’s directionfor help locating the second piece of the scarab.Talk to herto learn about a possible lead.

Look for the swarminginsects in the Grove. You’ll find them near the Lagoon and Rapunzel’s tower. When you find them,take a picture and report backto Rapunzel.

Listen for the buzzing sound and follow it to find the swarm.

To get rid of the bugs, Rapunzel suggests making carnivorous flower arrangements. You’ll need the following materials:

All of these materials can be found in the Wild Tangle, so search the area for the plants you need.

Once you build the flower arrangements,place them near the swarm. Take a few moments tocheck in with Gaston, then return to remove the plants andretrieve the second and final piece of the scarab.
