Resources are an integral part of any farming game. Some resources are obvious, like wood and water. Other resources, like stamina, are less obvious but equally important. Early game is always the most difficult time to manage stamina, most often because you tend to be broke at the very beginning.

Best Early Game Stamina Recovery Options
Coral Island is similar to other farming games in thatyou have items you can forage in any season. Even some of theflowers give you a decent bit of staminato help get you through your daily tasks at the beginning.
In early game,the best kind of stamina restoration should be free, or very inexpensive. The followingcraftable snacks are all free:

Snacks are based off the main areas in which you work:farm, mine, and ocean. This way, no matter what tasks you’re working on, you’ll have the ability tocraft snacks from something in the areaeven during early game.
Additionally, you canpurchase bread from Sam’s groceriesfor 50 coral coins. It replenishes25 stamina and five health.
Free Spa Stamina Recovery Option
Once you complete one of the bundles for the island’s goddess,you’ll unlock the hot springs. You may be able to have access to thisas early as Spring or Summer.
The hot springs allow you torestore around four stamina pointsroughly every second. As your stamina increases,it will take longer to replenish the entire stamina bar.
With a stamina bar around 500, it will take youabout two in-game hoursto recover most or all of your stamina bar. It’s free, buttime-consuming. If you’re looking for a free wayto recover large amounts of stamina, this is yourbest stamina recovery option.
Food Items From Stalls For Stamina Recovery
There arethree different places you can purchase fooditems to recover stamina. The first isSam’s grocery storewhere you have the option tobuy inexpensive bread.
As your stamina levels up, bread might not be what you’re looking for. If youneed something to recover large portions of stamina quickly, you might want to try some of these dishesat the other two restaurants.

There are many different food options, depending on your available budget. If youneed less than 200 staminathough,crafted snacks are a better valueand allow you tohold onto your hard-earned coral coins.
Cook Your Own Food For Stamina Recovery
There are a few reasons why cooking your own foodisn’t necessarily the best optionfor everyone. It might be a great optiononce you’re in mid-to-late game.
To getyour own kitchen in Coral Island, you’ll need to collect the necessary resources along with5,000 coral coinsto upgrade your house. This doesn’t work for early game, and depending on how your progress is going, it might not even be great for mid-game.
Once you get the kitchen,you still can’t cook anything until you purchase other utensils. In Coral Islandrecipes require specific componentssuch as apot, grill, or skillet.
You have the option totry making foodonce you have at least one utensil, butyou’re more likely to end up with a ruined dishthat willsap your staminainstead of restore it. It’s better towait until you have unlocked recipesso you aren’t wasting your produce.
Once you have some recipes,you’ll be able to make dishes that give you decent stamina restorationwith only a couple ingredients. You may still prefer to spend some timesitting in the hot springs, butstocking up on your own foodwhen you want to make progress in the mines or oceanwill help you progress faster.
