Justice willsend you a letter in the mailthe dayafter the Fireside Meetingabout the Geegler problem. Meet him at the Civil Corps office to discuss the plan.
You’ll need to repair the bridge, but first, you’ll need torebuild the Suspended Tram Carto get across without any trouble.
How To Build The Suspended Tram Car
You’ll have towait a day or twofor the plans to arrive in your mailbox from Qi. Then you can use your assembly station to start putting together the Suspended Tram Car. You’ll need to following materials to rebuild it:

It’s a good idea toupgrade your stations and machinesso that you have a larger queue available to use.
Once you’ve got the materials in hand,head to your assembly stationand put them all together.
How To Fix The Suspended Tram Car
Once the tram car is complete,head up the hillbeside the Church of Light. You’ll be able toinstall the new tram carwith Mi-an. With the tram cars restored, Justice will arrive and thank you.
All that’s left is to take the tram car andconfront the Geeglers. As Justice warns you, you’ll want to bearound level 13-15 at leastbefore attempting this encounter.
