Chapter 10
Walk And Talk Finale: Zhao
After you have darted around Yokohama and engaged with all 16 of Zhao’s Walk And Talk events, he will tell you that he is interested in meeting you at the local arcade in the evening. Unfortunately, this means you aren’t completing Zhao’s bond in the tenth chapter (the chapter you get him), as it is set in the dead of night.You will have to complete Zhao’s finale in Chapter 12.
You will eventually get the ability to change the time of day, but only at the end of the game. It is a bit of a bummer. We know.
