Of all the things that you can craft inPalworld,Cakemight be one of the most complex. It requires lots of ingredients, themselves needing quite a bit of effort to obtain. This makes sense, as cake in the real world is also rather complex when you think about it.
But why would youneedto make a cake? Well, if you’re interested in the breeding system that Palworld offers, you’ll need to acquire some cake. It seems that without this sweet treat, Pals will obstinately refuse to procreate. Looks like we’ll have to source some ingredients and get baking.
Palworld is currently in Early Access, so the information below is liable to change over the course of development.
Cake Ingredients
The first thing you’ll need to do on your quest to make a Cake isbuild a Cooking Pot. You didn’t think you could bake a cake on a Campfire, did you? A pot makes far more sense…
Cooking Pots are unlocked with a Level 17 technology and require 20 Wood, 15 Ingots, and three Flame Organs to build.

The methods for obtaining these items are listed below. All in all, you will consistently be able to make cakes once you have automated Berry and Wheat Plantations and a Mozzarina, Chikipi, and Beegarde assigned to work in a ranch.
Once you’ve gathered all the ingredients, it’s time to make the cake!
Cakes require a colossal2,000 Workloadto craft - this will take you a very, very long time to make. The best way to make Cakes, therefore, is simply tostart the job and let your Kindling Pals do all the workwhile you focus on something else.
How To Obtain Flour
Of the Cake ingredients, Flour is the most arduous to obtain, as it requires quite a lot of setup. Firstly, you’ll need toset up some Wheat Plantations- for this you’llrequire Wheat Seeds.
Once you’ve got a good harvest of Wheat, you’ll need toturn the Wheat into Flour using the Mill. It takes three Wheat to make a single unit of Flour.
Flour, unlike Wheat, will rot like any other food. It’s recommended that youkeep your Flour in a Cooling Boxso it doesn’t get wasted.
How To Obtain Red Berries

How To Obtain Milk
Milk is obtained primarily in two ways:catching and killing Mozzarinas, and having aMozzarina work at the Ranch in your base. This latter option is a far more reliable way to get Milk, though you can find Mozzarinas in large numbers in the Bamboo Groves where they spawn.
Check around the coordinates-100, -440to find the Mozzarina spawn.
How To Obtain Eggs
Eggs are very easy to obtain as they are whatChikipis produce, and Chikipis are extremely easy to catch. Put them to work on aranch, and they’ll lay Eggs constantly.
How To Obtain Honey
The final ingredient you’ll need to source for a Cake isHoney. As with the past two ingredients, there is a Pal who will produce Honey when assigned to the ranch:Beegarde.
You can find Beegardes around Gobfin’s Turf, around -150, 200 on the map. This is quite a high-level area, so be very careful when heading here for ingredients. The best thing to do would be to catch at least one Beegarde and use that to produce Honey at a ranch, rather than farming them for the sweet stuff.
