Many of the people inMy Time At Sandrockknew and lived alongside the local bandits, Logan and Haru, before they were bandits, but things changed. Logan and Haru have turned to a life of crime and have been sabotaging the city of Sandrock for some time now.
After Logan’s latest act of sabotage, both Mi-an and Elsie are wondering why Logan is even attacking Sandrock in the first place, and it’s up to you and them to try and figure out Logan’s motives. You’ll need to do a little crime yourself, and some detective work with them if you want to figure out what’s going on.
How To Unlock Where’s Mi-an
Where’s Mi-an is unlocked onthe same daythatLogan breaks the Water Tower, and that generally occursaround one in-game week afteryoucomplete In Trusses We Trust and repair the railway bridgeandRecipe For Fun.
After watching the cutscene with Logan and speaking with everyone, head to the eastern side of townnear Amirah’s home, and you’ll seeMi-an and Elsiespeaking inone of the alleyways.
Speak with them,and you’ll learn Elsie is convinced of Logan’s innocence, and that both she and Mi-an want toinvestigate Logan’s behavior.
Answering that"a total wildcard"will give you anextra five relationship pointswith them.
Agree to help them out, and you’ll get abrief cutsceneof the three of you breaking into Logan’s housevia the window.
How To Investigate Logan’s House
Once you’re inside his house, Elsie and Mi-an willexplore Logan’s bedroom, and find atorn-up picture, and this is where you’llbegin your investigation. You’ll need toclosely examine itemsin Logan’s room and around his house tofind cluesto why he’s changed so much.
There aresix clues to zoom in onin the torn-up photo for you to find:
Speak with Elsie and Mi-anagain, and then you’ll be able toexplore Logan’s roomyourself.Interact with his desk, and you’ll have another four clues to find:
Speak to Elsie and Mi-an again to find out that you might get someanswers from Fang.
Givingthe answer “Logan’s Pa"will give you anotherthree relationship pointswith them.
Interact with thedrawing on the wall next to Logan’s bed, and you’ll gettwo more cluesto find:
It turns out this drawing wasdrawn by Jasmine herself, and suggests thatLogan was well-likedby the people in Sandrock in the past. Answering"Logan was well liked"will give youthree more relationship pointswith them.
Investigating Haru’s Room
Leave Logan’s room, and you’ll havetwo photographs on the wallyou can interact with for additional lore, then go into theroom at the end of the hall. Interact with thescience equipment, and you’ll haveanother three cluesto find:
Elsie and Mi-an come in again, and realize there’s a connection between Logan, the mysterious Haru, andArvio selling some of the itemson the desk.
Answering Haruwill provide you with anotherthree relationship pointswith them.
Next,interact with the workbenchagainst the wall, and this table hasfour cluesfor you to find on it:
With all the new information, you’ll realize that both Logan and Haru have a lot of scientific knowledge, and thatPen might knowwho or where Logan’s been getting his bombs from.

Investigating The Bottom Floor
Leave Haru’s room,go down the stairson the bottom floor, and over to themap on the long brown tableon the right wall andinteract with it. This time, you’ll havefive cluesto find:
With this map, you’ll learn akey part of Logan’s personality, his impulsiveness.
Also,answering impulsivenessnets you anotherthree relationship pointsas well.
This clue willdirect you towards talking to the pastorsof the Church and asking them some questions.
Head into theroom on the left wall, andinteract with the weapon rackinside for the last set offour cluesfor you to find:
Speak with Elsie and Mi-an one last time, and you’ll find out thatHugo forged all their weaponry, and it might be a good idea tospeak with himas well.
With everything investigated, exit through thewindow in Logan’s bedroom, and you’ll end uprunning into Unsuur.
Answer that you weretrying to fix the windowto ensure he isn’t suspicious, and he’ll leave the three of you alone.Speak with themone more time, and you’ll all agree towait for Mi-an to develop the photographs.
