When your builder first moves to town inMy Time at Sandrock, they’re one of two new hires for their position, taking over a fledgling Workshop from the town’s retiring builder. And while the Workshop that you take over leaves quite a lot to be desired, building your Workshop reputation can do a world of good.
As you continue to successfully deliver commissions to the folks of Sandrock, your reputation will increase. With a better Workshop rating, you can accept more (and better) commissions, and you’ll earn some pretty sweet prizes for the work you’ve been doing every month, too.

Workshop Reputation Overview
Raise Reputation By Finishing Commissions And Playing The Story Missions
When you first arrive in Sandrock and take over for the retiring builder, Mason, his workshop leaves a bit to be desired. It’s now up to your builder toimprove the workshop.
While you willearn reputation points for your workshopfor proceeding normally throughstory missionsthat see you revitalizing the town, the best way to do this isbycompleting commissions.

Your Reputation Lowers When You Miss Or Cancel A Commission
Though you don’t lose reputation points for taking your time through the game, be mindful that youdon’t accept more commissions than you can actually finish.
Understandably, your neighbors are disappointed when you don’t follow through on your promises, andyour Workshop loses reputationas a consequence if you prove unreliable.

Always consider thedeadline and difficultyof a commission before accepting it.
To avoid this, simply don’t take on too many commissions at once. You’renot penalized for not accepting commissions, but youarepenalized for failing to complete ones you have accepted in time.
