There is no passive health regeneration inEnshrouded- you’ll need to craft potions and bandages or find them in chests and destructible objects in the world. The Healer class can also heal nearby players with Healing Charges, which can be found in the world or crafted at the Alchemist.
Due to the nature of Enshrouded’s combat and level scaling, having a healer or plenty of potions will allow you to venture further into the world and collect better loot.

you may dry Purple Berries on the drying rack to increase the length of their health regeneration.
Small health potions are crafted at the Alchemist using Water, Red Mushrooms, and Purple Berries - hold on to these materials as you loot.

The Healer Class
This is basically 100% recommended if you’re playing with friends. The game gets progressively more difficult as you enter more biomes and take on more bosses.
You can craft a Staff at the Alchemist once you’ve unlocked the NPC, although there are also plenty to be found in chests.
Healing Charges are craftable at the Alchemist once you findChamomile,a flower in the Revelwood region of the game.
You’ll also want to head down theHealer treeof the skill tree.
Not only will this give you a boost to your outgoing healing spells, you will also start to accruepassivehealth regeneration based on your intelligence points. This is a must-have for any party.
