Satisfaction Reward Traits
One simple way to increase your chances of having twins and triplets is toobtain the Fertile trait.This trait willincrease your chances of having a baby, as well as raise the chances of a Sim carrying twins and triplets.
To get this trait, you simply need to purchase it from theSatisfaction Point Reward Store. This trait willcost you 3,000 points,which can be a lot. If this is daunting, you can try tocomplete an aspiration, fulfill wants, or even just use cheats.
When you have 3,000 points, head to the store and buy the trait reward. Next time you try for a baby with another Sim, you may see twins or triplets in your future! This trait willstay with you until your Sim dies,so there is no time constraint.
Lot Traits
Lot traits are characteristics that can be applied to a lot, providing unique effects. With the City Living DLC, you will gain access to theOn Ley Line trait, which boosts the chances of a Sim conceiving twins.
These traits aren’t set in stone, which means that you canhead to Build/Buy mode and change the lot traits whenever you want. If your Sim gives birth to twins and you don’t want any more, be sure to remove the trait, or you may have someunplanned twins!
What Is A Fertility Massage?
Massages are exclusive to theSpa Day DLCand can provide a variety of benefits to the Sim getting the massage. The fertility massage can be given at a spa and willincrease a Sim’s chances of conceiving single babies, twins, and triplets.
The effects of the fertility massage willlast for 12 hours,which means that you will need to get another one if your Sim doesn’t conceive.
At level nine of the Wellness skill,Sims can also give a fertility massage. This is perfect if you have a Sim in the same household that wants twins/triplets.
What Is The Elixir Of Fertility?
The Exilir of Fertility is another DLC exclusive item, this time included in theOutdoor Retreat DLC.In this, you can learn the Herbalism skill, which allows you to craft herbal elixirs that can be consumed.
Once a Sim reachesHerbalism level ten,they can create the Elixir of Fertility. This will require the following materials.
After consuming this elixir, your SIm will have ahigher chance of conceiving twins and triplets.Like the fertility massage, the Elixir of Fertility isnot permanent.If the effects end before you have twins or triplets, you will need to consume another.
How To Use Cheats For Twins And Triplets
Lastly, you canuse cheats to make a Sim give birth to twins or triplets. Prior to doing this, you will need to enable cheats by typing"testingcheats true"into the command box. Below, you can see how to open the box.

Obtaining A Sim’s ID Number
To force a pregnancy type, you will first need a Sim’s ID number. To get this, enter the following into the command box.
This will generate your Sim’s ID, which can then be used in the pregnancy cheat.
Cheats To Have Twins And Triplets
Now, it’s finally time to use a pregnancy cheat for twins and triplets. All you need to do is enter the following cheat.
So, if you wanted triplets, then you would add ‘3’ to the end of this cheat after the Sim’s ID.
You can set the number of babies to a maximum of seven, which is quite a lot to handle!
