Thankfully, in High School Years, there’s a shortcut – if their grades are good, why not graduate early?
Though it means you’ll miss some (but not all) of the high school festivities that usually take place at Copperdale High, there’s plenty in life for your Teen Sims to get the jump on if they should be eligible to graduate early in High School Years.

How To Graduate Early
With your Child and Teen Sims in The Sims 4, they’ll need to focus on theirgrades in schoolregardless, but if you have theHigh School Yearsexpansion, this process can become much more involved.

If you’d like to wait a bit, though, you can decline and then later use a computer to speak with the principal and accept the offer afterward, so long as the Sim’s grade doesn’t fall below the necessary range.

Graduating Early Skips The Graduation Ceremony
Unfortunately, your Sims' academic excellence kind of robs them of the festivities around graduating, sincethey don’t go to a graduation ceremonyof any kind to commemorate the occasion.

If your Sims cango to collegewithDiscover University, then your early-graduate Teen Simscan immediately begin the application processfortheir degree, including applying to theschool of their choiceand trying for scholarships.
But if college isn’t on the table, your Teen Sim can nowget a regular full-time joblike Young Adult Sims. They cantake any joba regular Young Adult Sim can take with their high school diploma.
Unfortunately, though, your Teen Sim’s social life will need to change, if they wereinvolved in clubs or sportsat school. Now that they’re not a student anymore, they’llautomatically quit anyafter-school activitiesthey’d been involved with.
They will, however, still be invited to promat school. The pop-up notification asking if they’d like toattend promwill still triggeras long as they’re still a Teen when the prom happens.
Prom takes place every Saturday night, so as long as your Teen Sim doesn’t age up into a Young Adult between graduation and when the Prom happens, they’ll still be allowed to attend like normal.
