How Do I Unlock Playlists?

In order to create a playlist of your own, you will first need to work your way through the first chapter of the game— Chapter 1: Doin' the Best I Can. Partway through, you will complete the “Radio Active” substory. Once you have aced this substory, your ability to create a playlist will have been unlocked.

Don’t worry, the Radio Active substory iscompletelyunmissable.

How Do I Create A Playlist?

Now you will be able to edit your playlist when interacting with stereos, such as the one outside of Kasuga’s front door. However, even more conveniently, you can just use your “playlists” smartphone app to create your playlist.

You access your smartphone from the Pause Menu.

As you acquire more CDs, you will gain access to more songs that you can add to your playlist. As for actually constructing your list, you can choose to either press the randomize button to get a grab bag, or you can individually add songs. You can also add the same song multiple times. So, if you like, you can just alternate between the two songs youreallylike. Do as you please!

Your playlist will repeat once it reaches the final song. So, if you want to listen to a single song on repeat, you don’t have to fill an entire list with it: you can just place it as a lone track and leave it be.

Where do I get more CDs?

You will be able to pick up some CDs just lying around the city (though not until a little later). However, one pretty consistent place to get CDs from are the mini-game point exchanges. As an example, you may purchase two Soul Hackers 2 CDs from the Open Air Shogi player by exchanging your points.

Nearly every mini-game that will allow you to exchange points for prizes will give you an opportunity to get more CDs.You will be able to get songs from a ton of classic SEGA games through these CDs.This includes everything from Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage to Persona 5!
