While it might be fun to playLethal Companywith friends and feed each other to the monsters, the main focus of the game revolves around fulfilling your quota for The Company. This is the best way to progress in your run, but you can also get launched into space if you ignore it.

You can see the value of each item when you scan them, but you might not get its full value when you’re selling to The Company if you don’t know exactly how the buy rates work. It’s important to take a bit of risk and sell at the right time if you want to have a long run.

Best Time To Sell In Lethal Company

When you start your run in Lethal Company, you’ll have three days to fill the quota and sell your items to The Company.Every time you take off from a certain moon in the game, one day gets reduced. It’s important to keep your current days left in mind since you’re able to’t land on a moon if there are zero days left.

You’ll be able to finish looting on the moon even on day zero, but you’llimmediately get launched into space as soon as you take off.

You can land on the Company Building andsell all your items on any day, and this doesn’t consume the day. However, it’s important to note that The Company isn’t always giving you the full price for the items. The value you get in return depends on the days left when you’re selling these items:

30 percent of the original value

53 percent of the original value

77 percent of the original value

Zero

100 percent of the original value

As you’re able to see, the best time to sell your items would always be when it’s the last day to sell, but this comes with a lot of risk. For example, if you hoard a bunch of items during the first two days butyour entire team gets eliminated on the third day, you’ll lose all the items you gathered instantly.

You should always aim to sell on the last day, but if there comes a time when all the moons have a weather effect and your chances of getting eliminated are high, there’sno shame in selling at lower prices so that you have a bit of quota completed.
