How To Get Dragon Cheer

To get a Hydrapple, you will need two things;a Pokemon named Dipplin, and the TM226, called Dragon Cheer. To get a Dipplin, it’s worth remembering that you’re able to’t find it in the wild, and instead, you must evolve an Applin.

Now, getting the TM will involve progressing into the DLC main story, sinceit comes as a reward for beating Elite Four Drayton.Once you beat him fair and square,he will give you this TM, and from then on you’ll also be able to craft it.
