It’s nice to find shiny Pokemon on your own, andPokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Indigo Diskbrings back tons of new Pokemon for you to add to your collection. However, it’s also nice to receive a free shiny as a reward for your hard work, and just like the Teal Mask’s shiny Munchlax, the Indigo Disk will gift players a shiny Blitzle once they’ve completed most things at the Academy.
Like most things in the Indigo Disk, getting there will require quite a bit of BP, but grinding through quests is worth it to get this cute little blue electric zebra.
How To Unlock Cyrano’s Battle
To battle Director Cyrano, you first have to complete ten trades with people you’ve invited to Blueberry Academy, whichwill cost roughly 6,000BP.
You don’t have to battle them; you simply have to invite them three times and speak to them when they show up.
Once you’ve done that, you can go to the computer in the League Club Room and choose the option to fight the Academy’s final boss, which costs 10 BP.
How To Beat Cyrano
Once you select this,you’ll immediately battle Cyrano.His Pokemon all range from level 86-87, so the battle shouldn’t be too difficult if you’re decently leveled and have reached this point already.
The most notable obstacles are his Gothitelle with Shadow Tag, which will prevent you from switching out, and his final Serperior, which has its Hidden Ability Contrary and immediately terastalizes into a Rock-Type.
With Contrary, Serperior canboost its Special Attack with Leaf Stormand itsDefense with Scale Shot.
After you beat Cyrano, he’ll take you back to the League Club Room to trade you his shiny Blitzle.
Youcan’t trade him legendaries, shinies, or Pokemon that do not have you listed as the original trainer.
