Prince Of Persia The Lost Crown King Darius Stomp

King Darius Attack Pattern

King Darius has some of the most unique set of attacks in the entire game. His sword is essentially infused with ice,but he even gets a fire infusion during the second phase. The only way to beat him is by understanding exactly what his attacks do:

First Phase

Normal Attacks

King Darius has three normal attacks that you may easily parry if timed correctly. The first two are sword attacks that he performs in quick successionunless you’re far away after the first attack.

The third attack is where he lifts his leg to stomp the ground. These attacks can also be seen in the second phase, except he stomps the ground with his arm there.

Ice Wall

King Darius starts doing this attack after he loses a bit of health. In it, he moves to one side of the battlefield andspawns a giant wall of ice all across. You have to use the Fabric Of Time ability to dodge this.

He can also perform a stomping attack in the first phase where he goes into the air and stomps the ground, making ice structures around the area.

Second Phase

Firy Wrath

This is the most common combination of attacks once King Darius enters the second phase. In it,he first sweeps the floor, creating fire all over it. He then launches a bunch of targeted attacks before finally stomping the ground.

To dodge this attack, you have to perform specific moves. When it starts, use the fabric ability to reach the air on the same side as King Darius, this will help you avoid the first targeted attack.

After that, let Sargon go down to dodge the second one and then try toget to the center just as Darius is about to stomp the ground. This will let you start attacking him instantly after the attack.

Circle Of Demise

This is likely the most dangerous ability from King Darius asit’s difficult to dodge and can easily one-shot you. He creates a giant blue circle on the field, and then shoots out four lasers in each direction after a small delay.

To dodge this attack, try touse your double jump, dash, and arrows to stay on the lower side of the circle. Once he launches the directional lasers, you can easily dash out since the circle goes away.

Yellow Attack

This is another series of attacks where Dariusfirst puts a blue flame on the floor, preventing you from landing. He then launches three red targeted dashes that you have to dodge using the fabric of time and other abilities.

The fourth targeted dash happens at middle height, and is yellow-colored.If dodged perfectly, you can deal significant damage to Darius. On the other hand, if you get hit by any targeted dash, you take more damage.
