ExploringGeometry Dashmeans diving into a player-to-player experience, beginning with the level editor. With the 2.2 update, alongside a bunch of features, we now have a new feature that lets us not only share individual levels we created but also share sets of levels.
While there are various ways to play levels, ranging from those created by other players to official ones, we also have the Lists, which allow you to play sets of levels collected by other players. Fortunately, this guide will help you with how to create your own lists and share them with other players.
Where To Find Lists
With the introduction of Lists, you may easily access sets of levels collected by other players. To get to them, start from themain menuandclick on the right icon. You’ll then see theLists button, allowing you to exploreTop Listsand play them.
You also have the option to use the Search button, enabling you tofind lists using List ID or apply Filters. You can easily do this byclicking on the search buttonandswitching from searching for levels to listsby clicking on the List icon on the right.
While you can play lists created by other players,you also have the option to create your own. For instance, you can make a list that includes a specific type of difficulty that you’ve completed before. This way,you can include any level in your lists as per your preference.
How To Create Lists
To create a list, you can start byclicking on the Create button. Then, you’ll find yourself in theMy Levels menu, which enables you to create new levels. Click on the List button on the right, and itwill switch you to the My Lists panel. Here, you can create a new list and manage your existing lists easily.
Click on the"New" buttonto create a new list. This allows you to enter yourList Name and Description. you’re able to also choose the icon you prefer for your list. Additionally, you can copy the list, and the “Edit” button allows you to delete levels or sort them as you wish. Finally,use the upload button to share your list. If needed, you candelete the list from the X iconon the top.
After creating a list, you need tofill it out with the levels you want. This is easy to do byopening the levels you desire and clicking on the list icon on the right. It will then show your existing lists, allowing you tochoose where you want to add that level. Additionally, there is the"New" buttonavailable if you want to create a new list.
Once you finish adding the levels you want to share to your list, you cango to your lists using the Create button, as you remember. Then, simplyupload the list you want from the icon at the bottom.
