This Stroll ‘N Patrol Request will have you track down a specific location based on a cryptic riddle. This will be one of the first missions of this type you will encounter inLike A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.
Frustratingly, this is a Request that will be utterly baffling if you haven’t been paying attention to your surroundings as you stalk through the streets of Sotenbori. Lucky for you, wehavebeen paying attention. So, we’ll lead you straight to the objective of this quest and help you claim one of the illustrious Gold Balls!
Beginning The “Solve The Mysterious Note” Request
You’ll talk to the Young Man sitting on the bench on the north side of the Sotenbori Footpaths. Once you talk to him, you will be provided a riddle of sorts…
“Four turtles form the pillars of this city. Beyond their gazes, a glittering orb resides.”
This may not mean much to you, but this riddle is referencing a hotel found nearby—appropriately named theSyoufuku Turtle Hotel!
Where To Find The Syoufuku Turtle Hotel
Head toW Shofukucho street. Right near the arching sign that says “Syofuku-cho” you’ll see theSyoufuku Turtle Hotelon your right. Naturally, that’s the hotel with four giant turtles holding up four pillars. It’s all making sense now! As the riddle suggests, look in the direction the turtles are gazing in.Across the street, you’ll see a glittering Gold Ball sitting on top of an awning.Grab it with your Spider Gadget.
Now all you need to do is head back to the Young Man on the Sotenbori Footpath. As a reward, you’ll get800 Akame Pointsand50,000 yen. You’ll also be one Gold Ball closer to finishing theGotta Catch ‘Em Balls Request!
