Kicking offPokemon Go’slatest season, Timeless Travels, will be their latest Raid Day Event, this time featuringHisuian Samurott. Similar to previous Raid Days, the featured Pokemon will be making their Pokemon Go debut, giving all players several opportunities to add them to their collection.

The Hisuian Samurott Raid Day will only be a three-hour event, taking place onSunday, Jul 18, 2025, from 2pm to 5pm local time.In addition to this being the first time you can obtain Hisuian Samurott, there will be a handful of valuable bonuses that coming with this event, all detailed for you below.

As mentioned above, Hisuian Samurott, the Dark and Water dual-type Pokemon making its debut, will be the featured Pokemon for this Raid Day. That means that for the three hours of this event, you can expect to seeall Raid locations hosting Hisuian Samurott’s Three-Star Raid.

Although this is only a Three-Star Raid, it is still important to go into this battle with strong Hisuian Samurott counters, especially if you are attempting it on your own. In the case of this Raid, this means using strongPokemon with Bug, Electric, Fairy, Fighting, or Grass-type attacks.

Another notable bonus for this Raid will be theincreased odds of encountering a Shiny Hisuian Samurottfollowing the successful completion of its Raid. It’s unclear when you will have the opportunity to encounter this Pokemon again in the future, so make sure you take advantage of this opportunity.

All players will have the opportunity to purchase the Hisuian Samurott Raid Day Event Ticket for this event, costing$5.00 USDat the in-game shop.
