If your Sim wants the title of Bodybuilder, they better put in the work. While this aspiration doesn’t require a lot of varied actions, it does ask your Sim to put in many hours pumping iron. To avoid irritating hiccups and prolonged gameplay, we’ve rounded up all the must-know info to whip your Sim into shape.

Playing this aspiration and career side-by-side is a great way to kill two birds with one stone, as many of the promotion objectives and aspiration requirements involve exercise and Fitness skill building.
How To Complete The Bodybuilder Aspiration
Sims pursuing the Bodybuilder aspiration are required to spend a lot of time getting active, but it can be difficult to keep Sims motivated.
Thankfully, getting your Sim excited about feeling the burn is easy if you have the right traits and preferences.

Set your Sims likes to"likes Fitness"in Create A Sim or select it when it prompts you to in-game, and your Sim will naturally gravitate toward physical activity.

Try to get theGym Rat reward trait as soon as possibleby earning satisfaction points.This helps Sims working on the Bodybuilder aspiration in a couple of ways.
Firstly, your Sim’s Fun motive will actually increase when they work out. Secondly, your Sim’s Hygiene motive will decrease less quickly while exercising.

The first milestone of the Bodybuilder aspiration is simple and quick (lucky you!). In fact, you cancomplete both of these requirements at the same time.
All you have to do is travel with your Sim to the local gym and command them toexercise for eight hours.

“Push The Limits” For One Hour While Energized (250 Satisfaction Points)
you may build your Sim’s Fitness skill by jogging, weight lifting, running on the treadmill, or using a punching bag. Angry or Confident Sims gain special interactions for certain workouts that boost their Fitness learning.
If you have The Sims 4: Strangerville, you can also use theB64 Training Botto build your Sim’s Fitness skill. With the Fitness Stuff pack, you can also use rock walls and workout videos to exercise.
The cheapest way to fulfill this milestone is to buy a couple of punching bags (the cheapest exercise equipment) and then sell them again in Build Mode.

To reach maximum body potential, your Sim needs to work out regularly with acombination of cardio and strength training. Using the weight machine and jogging or using the treadmill is a surefire way to hit maximum body potential.
Bodybuilder Aspiration Reward Trait: Long-Lived
All those hours in the gym certainly pay off. When Sims complete the Bodybuilder aspiration, they gain the Long-Lived reward trait. This traitpermanently extends a Sim’s natural life span.
Although it won’t protect them from unnatural deaths like drowning, fires, or cowplants, it willprolong your Sim’s lifein their Elder years. The exact time varies from Sim to Sim, but some players have seen dramatic increases in life span.
