Every villager inDisney Dreamlight Valleyhas quests that need to be completed, and doing so provides unique rewards and additional friendship points. More quests unlock the closer you become with any villager, and level ten quests grant best friend rewards. However, there are other quests that can be completed in the interim that highlight what daily life is like in the valley.
Some of these quests involve taking pictures of the landscape or of landmarks that other villagers want to see. You could also be asked to help bake thank you gifts for friends or fetch items quickly. All in all, the village wants you to help them.
How To Unlock Directive: Danger
After completing The Sands In The Hourglass quest, you’ll begin Directive: Danger. The goal is tocheck on EVEsince she’s been guarding the Royal Hourglass for so long, and she mayneed help adjustingto life without that directive.
Villagers canmove between Eternity Isle and Dremlight Valley, so you may need to check both to find EVE.
Find EVE, who may still be on Eternity Isle, andspeak with her. She worries about theother potential dangers on the island, and it’s up to you toscan them with your camerato help show her that all is well.
Where To Find The First Set Of Pictures
EVE’s primary concerns arein Ancient’s Landing, where you first arrived in Eternity Isle. There arefour pictures you’ll need to taketo help put her mind at ease.
Photo One
You’ll find this photo opportunityby the well in Ancient’s Landing. Take a quick selfie by the tree for this to count.
Taking a photo of the other giant statue face in the hallway will register as this photo since the tree is directly behind the face.
Photo Two
Head to the docksin Ancient’s landing and goback to your boat. Take a picture of it to show EVE that it’s perfectly safe.
Photo Three
While there are two giant statue faces, you’ll want tograb a picture with the very first one, before going up the stairs.
Photo Four
Overby where you found EVE guarding the Royal Hourglass, you’ll find two waterfalls hiding a sunken doorway. Grab a selfie with it andreturn to EVE.
Where To Find The Second Set Of Pictures
While these pictures help EVE feel safer, she’s not completely convinced. You’ll need totake additional pictures after repairing the bridgeto the Glittering Dunes and the Wild Tangle. There aresix photos in allto take.
You can take one picture and catchmultiple objectives at once(like catching both Gaston and Rapunzel in one photo).

You’ll first encounterDisney Princess Rapunzelin the Wild Tangle, though she tends to wander freely. When you see her, ensure totake a selfie to show EVEthat this blonde isn’t dangerous.
In the Wild Tangle,near Rapunzel’s Tower in the Grove, you’ll see aboat that’s stuck up high on a rock. Snap a picture of it for EVE.
TheseFly Trap plantsare all over the Wild Tangle.Take a quick pictureso that EVE can see they are harmless.
The man with the impossibly thick neck is none other thanGaston, from Beauty and the Beast, who you’ll first encounter in the Glittering Dunes. Check your map to find him so you can take a photo.
Photo Five
There are manysnakes in the Glittering Dunes. EVE is wary of them, so snap a picture to help show that they’re harmless.
Photo Six
The last photo is ofthe waterfall of sand, near Gaston’s camp in the west. This is thesand you can fish in, so use your camera to show EVe that it’s nothing to worry about.
Once you’ve finished taking all the photos,return to EVEto show her. She’ll be a bit more at peace knowing thatEternity Isle is safefrom danger for now.
