World Bosses are one ofDiablo 4’s multiplayer components that players can take part in. Every few hours, a large boss will spawn somewhere in Sanctuary. With a group of other players, you may take down this boss to earn great rewards.

Where To Find Wandering Death

World Bosses spawn on a semi-random schedule, aboutthree to five hours apart. It can be difficult to figure out which boss is spawning next and when, butthird-party trackerscan help. You’ll also get anotification in-game when a World Boss is spawning soon, and a marker will be placed on your map where it will spawn.

When it’s time, Wandering Death will randomly spawn at one of the five locations below.

How To Beat Wandering Death

When Wandering Death spawns, you’ll have15 minutes to kill it before it disappears. If there are at least a few other players at the fight, youwon’t need to worry about this time limit.

Overall, Wandering Death is a fairly straightforward fight. Most of its attacks aretelegraphed in advance, giving you time to move out of the way.

Like other bosses, Wandering Death has aCC bar, located just underneath its health bar. As you attack the boss with impairing effects likeslow, stun, or taunt, this bar will fill. When the bar is full, Wandering Death will be stunned for a few seconds, allowing you to attack.

Wandering Death mainly usesAoE circle attacksto cover large parts of the arena. Theselight blue circlesshould be avoided. Wandering Death also has a draw attack where it will suck in all nearby players before blanketing the arena in circle AoEs.

Eventually, Wandering Death will use an attack where it firestwo beams of energy to either side, before spinning around in a circle while moving. Stand in between these beams and move with the boss to avoid taking damage. Wandering Death will use this attack again later,adding a third beam.

Overall, you shouldn’t have any problems taking down Wandering Death, even with only a handful of other players.

Wandering Death Rewards

Upon defeating Wandering Death, you’ll obtain its Cache. This container holds rare loot likeLegendaries and Uniques, as well as rare crafting resources likeScattered Prismsthat can be used to add sockets to your gear. Additionally, you have a small chance to get Wandering Death’s exclusive cosmetic reward, theBone-caged Heart Mount Trophy.

You can obtain up tothree World Boss Caches per week, one for each of the different World Bosses. If you want to maximize your loot, you’ll need to seek out all three World Bosses each week.
