While most of the main missions involving her are short and require a stealth approach, there is one instance where you are required to beat the Symbiote Behemoth.
After triggering the point-of-no-return mission in the game, you get to play a short segment of it as Mary Jane. The ending part of this mission segment faces her off with the Symbiote Behemoth, and learning how to beat this boss will benefit most players.
How To Beat The Symbiote Behemoth
While Peter Parker and Miles have superhuman powers, sadly, Mary Jane is just a normal human who has asonic gun in her hand and has to kill Symbiote Behemoth. You can consistently shoot the limited rounds from this gun to deal damage to the boss, butit will take a lot of time, and Symbiote Behemoth deals lethal attacks.
It will take two attacks in a rowby Symbiote Behemoth on Mary Janeto killher. This will restart the whole boss fight, so make sure to maintain a safe space for her from the boss.
Thebest way to defeat Symbiote Behemoth is by shooting the speakersin the arena. There are plenty of these white-colored speakers that emit ultrasonic sound, damaging the boss heavily.Shooting only three speakers will end the boss fight,and Mary Jane can safely escape with her life.
Mary Jane is nimble, and Symbiote Behemoth is slow and clumsy. Always run between the pillars to remain at a distance from the boss.
You must alwayslure the Symbiote Behemoth towards the speakers and shoot themas it tries to approach you by crossing near these speakers. This method of killing the boss is effective and does not take a lot of timecompared to shooting the boss with Mary Jane’s sonic gun.
Symbiote Behemoth does not have a lot of attack patterns. Hedeals a punch attack if he is really closeand atentacle-like arm attack if he is at a medium distancefrom Mary Jane. Since there are multiple broken pillars and other giant rocks in the boss fight area, it is much easier tocircle around the obstacles and maintain spacebetween the boss and Mary Jane.
Ensure Mary Jane is not standing very close to the speakers while shooting them.She will take damage as the speaker explodes, and this could fail the boss fight mission.
