Palworldtakes you to a magic island full of mysterious creatures called Pals, where you must travel across this wonderful place to survive and thrive. However, not everything is exploration, as there will be many challenges to overcome, and powerful boss fights to beat during your adventure.
One of the many bosses in the game isKatress, a magic feline who awaits inside an underground dungeon, and employs dark and firey attacks. Here we’ll tell you all you need to know to face it in combat.

Where To Find Katress
To locate this boss, you must go northeast fromthe Tower Ruins teleport statue, more precisely at the coordinates 241,-330.There, you will find a blue light circle that acts as a portal to a dungeon andit will transport you inside the dungeon once you interact with it.

How To Beat Katress
Once you arrive at the destination,you must interact with the portal to enter the dungeon, and Katress will begin attacking you once you’re inside. Its first attack will beShadow Burst, an AoE attack at melee range, which you should always attempt to avoid by keeping as much distance between you and Katress as possible.
To make this whole ordeal easier, you want to prepare yourself with enough Dragon-Type Pals that can hit some extra damage, such asChilletorAzurobe. On the weapon side, any Bow or Crossbow will suffice, but if you want to wait and level up a bit more,getting a Musket or Handgun will prove immensely advantageous.
The two remaining attacks this enemy will use are two long-range techniques, withFlare Arrowbeing a strong and quick missile that you must avoid as best as possible, andDark Balla homing bubble that you’re able to destroy while it comes at you. Keep moving and let your Pals help you taking down its HP, and you should defeat it soon enough.
Keep in mind thatthis boss will respawn 30 minutes after being defeated.
