As in every other game in the series, arena battles are a central feature inDragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince. You’ll be introduced to these very early on, with three tournaments standing in your way before you can even synthesise new monsters from those you’ve scouted.
The first of these arena gauntlets is the Endor Colosseum G Rank tournament. This is your introduction to these gauntlets and is pretty easy, but you’ll want to grab some particular monsters from the Terrestria plains before you take it on, since they can make very short work of it.

Endor Colosseum G Rank Overview
Entry Fee: 10 Gold Coins
As with all other tournaments, the G Rank tournament here consists of three consecutive battles in which you are only allowed to set your monsters' tactics - you cannot choose their moves for them. They’ll be healed up between rounds though, so don’t worry about that.
Hammerhood
Mischievous Mole
There aren’t really any big threats in this lineup - there may be some dangerous moves sprinkled throughout these monsters' movesets, but they’re at such a low level that with the right setup, you’ll be able to blitz through them with ease without worrying about elemental weaknesses or status effects.
How To Beat Endor Colosseum G Rank
Rather than building a party to take down any specific threats, this tournament is all about building a generic party good for taking on groups. Your potential monsters are those that can be found inTerrestria and your starter, so your options are rather limited.
For a very easy time,we recommend the following setup:
With this team, you really shouldn’t have any issues. The Vegandragora will likely be the MVP here, asSizzwill either outright kill enemies or weaken them enough that a single strike will finish them off. If you’re struggling, you may need to level up a little- level four or five should suffice.
