As you might expect, survival is a massive part ofPalworld. A big part of this task is finding enough food to feed yourself and your Pals. That’s right, it’s not only you, the player character, who gets hungry - any Pals you have deployed and working in your bases and any you send out to accompany you through Palworld will start getting hungry.
One way to tackle this monumental task is to set up some automated farming in your bases. While this doesn’t solve the problem of Pals who desire high-quality food, it will serve to let you stockpile a massive amount of food quite easily.

Palworld is currently in Early Access, so the details below might change over time.
How To Set Up Automatic Farms
The key to making farms work without any intervention is torecruit and deploy certain Pals with certain skills. While you may work on Plantations yourself, it’s far more effective to let your Pals do the work for you.

Then, once you’ve placed a Plantation within your base anddeployed enough pals who have the requisite skills, they will eventually start working on the Plantations and growing your Berries, Wheat, Lettuce or whatever other plants you want to grow.
YourGatherers will automatically harvest these plants, taking them to theFeed Boxif available, meaning you won’t really ever have to worry about filling the Feed Box again, if all you care about is basic sustenance and not treating your workers to any good meals.
To increase efficiency, it’s a good idea toplace your Feed Box close to your Plantations.
