Though you spend the entirety ofPersona 5 Tacticaconfiguring and reconfiguring everyone’s Skill Trees, you’ll notice from the very start of the game that there’s a locked skill down at the bottom of everyone’s unique Persona branch. And if you’re only doing the main story of Persona 5 Tactica, you’ll miss unlocking the final skill altogether.
To unlock the last skill in P5T, you’ll need to take on a trio of challenges that Lavenza specially prepares for the Phantom Thieves in the final kingdom of the game, and completing each trial gives you access to every Thief’s ultimate skill.

Unlock Everyone’s Final Skill By Completing Lavenza’s Challenges
By the time you reach theSalmael Kingdomin Persona 5 Tactica, you’ve likely got an excellent lay of the land so far. As part of this, you’ve probably been tackling at least a few of the game’sQuestsalong the way.
If not, these Quests are different from Missions in that they’recompletely optional, offering bonus GP to the highlighted parties on the Quest select screen. To earn them, you’ll need tofinish battles with more difficult goals.

This can be anything from wiping out every enemy in a set number of turns, reaching the goal in a strikingly low number of turns, or simply enduring for a set number of rounds. Either way, they’re agreat way to earn bonus GPto help fill out everyone’sSkill Treesalong the way.
However, when you firstgo to the Quest menu fromthe Velvet RoomTrain Hideout in the Salmael Kingdom, Lavenza will pull Joker aside and tell him that she’s now set updifficult challenges for the Thievesto help them prepare for the coming final fight.

You do not need to have finished the Quests until then to unlock Lavenza’s trials. Quests are completely optional and can be completed in any order once they’re unlocked after set story beats.
She hints that this may help"awaken something"within the Thieves who complete it, and she’s referring to thelocked skillat the bottom of everyone’s Skill Trees.

In these unique challenges, youneed to use a specificset of Phantom Thievesto complete each challenge. Lavenza has grouped you as she sees fit, and each group will need to complete their own challenge.
Upon completion of the Quest, the Thieves involved in completing it are able to access their final Skills.
You’ll need to manually change this in the Skill Tree if you’d like to use it, and you’ll need to havemaxed out the single and multi-target elemental movethat’s unique to each Thief before you can unlock the ultimate skill in Persona 5 Tactica.
