Fortnite Festivalhas been an exciting new addition to the world of Fortnite. Similar to games such asGuitar HeroandRock Band, this game mode allows you to play popular songs by your favorite artists in the game. Currently, Fortnite Festival features 34 songs, but these are scheduled to change over time.
This list will rank the ten best songs you may currently play in Fortnite Festival based on their popularity, difficulty, and how fun they are to play within the game. Of course, it will be pretty subjective, and some great songs might miss out due to our personal preference, but we will try and keep our own music taste out of it as much as possible.

10Cake By The Ocean - DNCE
This song might have been overplayed a lot back in 2015, but it’s just way too fun to play in Fortnite Festival, and we have to put it on the list for this reason. The sustained vocal patterns and the rhythm of the song will make you want to dance along as soon as you play it.
The abundance of lift notes within this song makes it even more fun to play and keeps things constantly interesting and challenging.

9Buddy Holly - Weezer
This is a song that will relate to the older players and will hopefully be enjoyed by the younger players as well. Its lively tempo and catchy guitar riffs make it constantly engaging and a top pick for guitar enthusiasts, especially those who have guitar controllers and want a fully immersive experience.
Buddy Holly is a classic tune from the legendary band Weezer, and it’s likely not the last Weezer song we’ll witness in Fortnite Festival in the future.

8Zombie - The Cranberries
Zombie by The Cranberries is aniconic rock songfrom the 90s and is a fun choice to play on almost any instrument in the game. Although the vocals may be slightly eccentric, they add more to the song in-game by adding plenty of sustained notes which will require special actions.
Although many people tend not to like this song, it is still a great track for the game and perfectly fits the vibe of Fortnite Festival.

7Vampire - Olivia Rodrigo
Released in 2023, Vampire by Olivia Rodrigo is one of the newest songs in the whole setlist of Fortnite Festival. It features a very impressive vocal performance by Olivia Rodrigo and her high notes are challenging yet fun to keep up with.
Although this song might just be a TikTok song for many people out there due to its popularity on the platform, it is still a great addition to the game and features a genuinely fun and exciting rhythm.

6Brace For Chaos - Epic Games
This may not be the most popular song on the list, but it is definitely a fun one to play on the drums. It starts off slowly but quickly shifts tempo, transforming into a high-energy and exhilarating track. The beat drop stands out as one of the fastest and most thrilling moments in the entire Fortnite Festival playlist.
This is a track made by Epic Games and was first released in Chapter 4: Season 2 of Fortnite. Players may be reluctant to give songs like this a try over well-known ones, but this one is worth it for sure.

5Mr. Brightside - The Killers
Mr. Brightside by The Killers stands out as one of themost enjoyable songs to playin Fortnite Festival, even though it is easier than others on this list. Singing along to this song is a must, and it makes the overall experience of the game even better. Although we recommend you to play it on the vocals, you may also choose to go for the guitar or drums if you like.
This song is regarded as one of the best rock songs of all time and is seen as a generational anthem worldwide, which warrants its spot in the setlist even further.

4Blinding Lights - The Weeknd
With the new Weeknd skinbeing added to Fortnite, it is no surprise that there are plenty of his songs to choose from in Fortnite Festival. While Blinding Lights may not be deemed the best Weeknd song in the game, it unquestionably stands out as his most popular, and is incredibly enjoyable to play on the Keytar.
For those up to the challenge, you can also choose to keep up with the remarkable vocals of The Weeknd, although that might prove to be a more demanding task.

When it comes to the bass, the top pick is undoubtedly Bad Guy by Billie Eilish. The consistently changing bass riffs in this song make it the perfect choice for bass enthusiasts. Billie’s laid-back vocals further complement the bass lines, creating a harmonious blend that sounds amazing to play.
It’s not too surprising to see Bad Guy on this list due to its popularity, but hopefully, we will get to see more of Billie’s songs in Fortnite Festival soon enough.

2Seven Nation Army - The White Stripes
Seven Nation Army is the ultimate hype song, making it an excellent choice to play on the bass in Fortnite Festival. This song isn’t too challenging, but its fast tempo can be tough to keep up with at times. Just the intro of the song alone should be good enough to reel you in and get you into its groove.
Having played a significant role in pop culture, with its use in trailers to build excitement for movies and games, it’s no surprise that Epic Games decided to add this iconic song to the Fortnite Festival lineup.

1I - Kendrick Lamar
I by Kendrick Lamar is easily the best song on this setlist for several compelling reasons. The main one is that it is by far the toughest song to play in the game, no matter whether you are playing it on guitar, vocals, or bass. The beat of this song switches up a lot and keeping up with the fast flow of Kendrick is also challenging. These factors make it very challenging and exciting to play along with.
This song was released as the single for Kendrick Lamar’s highly acclaimed album To Pimp a Butterfly. It’s also good to see that Fortnite Festival has introduced a new generation of listeners to this uplifting song bearing a great message.
