Ever since Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero was shown off at The Game Awards 2023, fans of the series have been desperate to know when we’re going to be able to see the game next. Most fans assumed that it’d be making an appearance atDragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024since the game was originally announced at the 2023 event, and we finally know that to be true.
As revealed by the official Dragon Ball Games Twitter account, Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero will be featured at Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024. We don’t yet know what’s going to be shown off at the event, but we do now at least know that it’s going to be shown there in some capacity.
Although the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour Twitter account previously claimed that there wouldn’t be any livestreams of the event, with Sparking Zero confirmed to be shown off at the event, it seems likely that we’ll be receiving the trailers for that and the Kakarot DLC alongside the event, so fans shouldn’t be worried about missing whatever is revealed there.
The next #DRAGONBALL Battle Hour is just around the corner! We’ll be bringing you news about the upcoming DLC for DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT and the recently announced DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO, so stay tuned!
Although Sparking Zero is undoubtedly the highlight of what’s being shown off at Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024, it’s not the only thing - the tweet also confirms that we’ll be hearing about the “upcoming DLC” for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, which is set to be the final expansion for the second season pass.
Bandai Namco hasn’t yet said anything about what the final DLC pack for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is going to focus on,a reliable Dragon Ball leaker has previously claimed that it’s going to focus on the End of Z sagaand show Goku as he first encounters Uub at the Tenkaichi Budokai tournament.
This leaker was previously correct about the last DLC pack focusing on Goku and Piccolo’s first battle, which turned out to be correct, so don’t be too surprised if what we see of Kakarot at Battle Hour turns out to be the End of Z saga.
