Gangs rule the streets ofStarfield’s cyberpunk city, Neon, and asserting their dominance over their rivals is vital for their reputation. They don’t always need to resort to guns for this, they can steal from their rivals, or just simply advertise with signs.
After finishing the Audition quest, speak with Hatchet to unlock the Display of Power quest. Hatchet explains that it’s important for the Disciples to know that the Strikers are back in business. She will task you with hacking three of the Disciples’ signs around Neon so they instead display the Strikers logo. However, she warns that you may meet some resistance from the Disciples.
